So,I have a question What if I grade the muli and add a healthy dose of salt in it and also very very finely chopped onions in it Without effecting the colour of the muli and onions?? Priyanka, you could make parathas like as you stated, however I feel the more you squeeze water out of mooli (because of having added extra salt), the more you are losing on nutrition and flavorful juices of mooli.
This is what I do.. mai namak aate ki goli belne ke baad uske uper hi burakti hoon. Aap ghee mooli ke mixture me ek base me hi mila sakte hain..aur namak baad me daalne ke karan mooli jyada nichodni bhi jaroori nahi hai..paranthe me mooli ka badhiya juicee taste aata hai.
