Does the Piriformis muscle tear also create extremely heavy legs to the point you cannot walk? My toes go all over the place if I stay on my feet for more than five minutes. The heaviness and pain are too much. Hip and lower back burn sensation. All new to me and started in January 2024 aggressively. I didn't understand what was happening to my legs. Dr. Deuk, I have had my MRI with you and ready to be scheduled soon for surgery on this muscle. I cannot wait to get my life back. I saw a surgeon medical assistant in Ocala. He briefly looked at MRI film with me in the room and told me my heavy legs are not coming from my lower lumbar area and referred me to a neurologist who has nothing available until August 2024.
