I really want to do some bigger Santas too, but there's no way I can get more than one or two done in a year unless I cut my wips down a good bit. Is there a genius way to stitch more, that we don't know about??? Ha! Happy Stitching friend!

Hi Amy Love seeing your WIP's and love your crochet blanket. I have been doing 3 months to a finish with Dena half cross stitch and enjoying it. You pick 6 projects to see what you can finish in 3 months (Oct, Nov, Dec timeframe). I have finished two out of 6 and hope to get the rest finished this month and if I don't I will complete them in 2025. I really enjoy doing them. I will be starting 25 new starts for 2025 along with some smalls for gift giving. I did 40 new starts this year and will carry them into 2025. So it will be about 75/80 projects for 2025 along with my WIP's as well. I love going through my stash and pulling out new and old patterns. I love looking at you old patterns and picking out smalls. I have a lot of small patterns as well and started to pull out smalls from my old patterns as well. I will be going to my LNS Stitchery X-Press which is only 5 minutes from my home or Shepards bush only 21 minutes from my home and will be picking out material and patterns for 2025. I'm glad you and your family had a Happy Thanksgiving and a safe holiday. In the meantime Happy Stitching and be safe and kind. God bless Pat

Hi Amy, I'm feeling a little overwhelmed with Christmas decorations and end my son's end of year tests. Santa and piles of notes don't jell well. Lovely stitching on your wips. Love the Alma Lynne snowmen and the Mill Hill book. Happy stitching

Amy - There have been some really close games lately; Georgia and Georgia Tech going to 8 overtimes was crazy! I remember having that O Holy Night book when I started stitching; I wish I knew where it is now. (That was many, many years ago, so who knows) I hope you and your family had a great Thanksgiving! Amy was watching you while frogging my first christmas stitch of the season, didn’t like the red it called for changed it and like it so much better. Loved seeing all those older christmas patterns and wondering what the family will choose this year. Love the pattern with the round santa faces, they would make great round ornaments. Do you do yearly individual christmas ornaments for your kids? I may have to do that for 2025. Keep inspiring us to keep stitching using older patterns and magazines/books that we have. I am working on Santas young buck on the cover of PNPS magazine 2021-christmas winter issue. Happy Stitching
Oh, friend, I'm sorry the frog was visiting but glad you got the right red for your stitch! I have done individual ornaments for the boys, but not regularly...maybe 2 or 3 each.
