It's Dr day!" 😂😂 Love that you talk to your Mom on a regular basis. I have the same with my son. Wednesday afternoons on his way home is my "slotted time." Love the Sunday vlogs. Wow! It’s great to see you guys here! I’ve been watching Joel since before he came out and had a channel with Lia. I really like it now that he is out and especially with Keegan - who’s coming out I remember reading about even earlier - a bit crazy that they ended up together!
The full body scan sounds so interesting! I’m thinking it was quite expensive. I really hope you get good news. If anything is found at least it was caught early. I personally hate the unknown. I’d rather k ow something good or bad because then you can at least deal with it.
I absolutely love how you have a little coffee date with your mom to catch up! I’m sure your mom loves it more than you can imagine. I know when I get to talk/see my son I am so appreciative and happy. 😊

Joel, I love your videos, thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us. I also struggle with focusing on myself, and am currently in therapy working thru the origins of that, but I also know that it's partly (under the wounds etc) because I am a Libra too. It's in our nature to be focused on others and relationships and Harmony. Here's to both of us getting to the bottom of and releasing the parts that don't serve us and keeping the good parts that are just our nature.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who changes clothes in the car.
Your mum is the best, so glad you keep such good connection with her.
I signed up for BetterHelp last week. My first therapy session will be this Thursday. I have used therapy in the past. I feel like I need it again. I love your videos by the way! They brighten my day.

Love the everyday vlogs! I almost got one of those full body MRI scans a few years ago, I kinda regret not getting it. I hope all your tests come out great! How is the new home studio working out? And Instead of “Tuesdays with Morrie”, it’s now “Fridays with Debbie (and sometimes Gary)!” 😂 Keep up the awesome vlogs! ❤
I thought I would see more people commenting on this but I don’t. If I heard you correctly you had to fill your washer fluid in your car? Did you use just regular water? If you have a freeze one night it will freeze in the lines.

I've had genetic background testing done, (put my mind at rest over a few things) and that led to blood tests every 6 months. I have a dormant condition and the tests alert any early stages of the disease plus a plethora of other information. So easy to do and such a comfort. This is something, here in America, that's part of health care routine if you just do it.
Tip: Damp towels on wood will make the wood turn dark. 🌸💖🌸
Enjoyed your vlog…sometimes getting additional opinions or interjections on how you handle situations is always a good thing, I think we can become blind to some of our own behaviors and it helps to have someone help us move thru the process of overcoming them. I get anxious too in certain situations and then in a bad situation I can obsess over it and not be able to pull myself out of it. So you learn more about yourself in order to move on. Always a positive thing. Everyone has issues, it’s how you manage them that counts. Anyway, I enjoyed going along with you on your routine…I don’t find it boring at all!!Have a good week!!!😊

Another lovely weekly catch up😊 I get the opposite reaction in the gym when spotting my husband. I’m waiting for one of the many other gentlemen there to ask if they can “help” me by spotting for him. To be fair I’m 5’8” and 135lbs and he’s 6’6” benching 325lbs 😅 but trust me, I hold my own!

Wax your car every year, it will help protect the paint! Also, you shouldn’t use paper towels on the paint it scratch the paint. If you continue to do that, you will start seeing lots of circle lines or streaks.
All of this would cost a literal fortune in the US. How much did it cost, if you don't mind saying?

Been wondering about your thoughts on the new vlog camera? How are you using it? How are you liking it?
I really like it. it takes some getting used to in terms of usability. But I love how steady all the shots are. The audio isn't as good as some other cameras, but it does come with a microphone I can pin to myself if I want to - I just haven't tried that yet!

LOL! My Schnauzer used to hump my Spaniel....both boys! The Schnauzer had been castrated and the Spaniel is intact.
Sadly Hector the Schnauzer died from a stroke on his 10th birthday, November 2023. Still miss him, and when walking George the Spaniel, he always rushes up to Schnauzers wagging his tail. 🙁

So you're an asthmatic also? Isn't it a drag? I've had it longer than your lifetime and then all of mine. Inhalers have come a long way since the old days. I used to have to use a contraption that looked like a gun of sorts, you poured the asthmanefrin liquid into it's clear ear drum looking diaphragm from a bottle the size of a food color one and you squeezed the rubber bulb, pointing it into your mouth (like the inhaler) and getting a mist from that. I never wanted to use that thing when I was young because the other kids were like what is that, along with their parents! It really made you feel like a freak! That was a bit of a rant wasn't it? Sorry....just be glad you don't have to use one of those things!
Don't think it's fair to advertise a service that you haven't tried. Especially one that has been known to be problematic in the past.
As a guy it's not too scandalous changing in a car. Try being a gal changing into a one piece bathing suit in the front seat of a pickup, the windows are only tinted dark a little bit! 😮😂

There are those of us who work 8 hours a day and do the work around the house and prepare meals, and go to the gym, and walk the dogs, and transport the kids.... you are exhausted after doing an hour-and-a-half of editing. What's up with that?
In person therapy is more effective than video/texting.
Depends on the person. I have friends who are super introverted and could never get anything done in person. When the video help became a common thing, one of them started back and is thriving because of it! I prefer in-person because I need that human connection.
