Yes you are right. I love my B15-R but their new line of product i'm not sure... I bought the classic preamp pedal and I never seen a pedal with so much noise!! I even get noise when I physicly tap on the knob...just like when you knock on your pickup ..really weird. Doesn't cost much but doesn't worth all that. I had to return it. Then again, old Ampeg amps are killers!
Hi! Nice vid, I think you are the only one who uploaded rock playing on markbass amp. I play rock, and I love the ampeg tones. I also play jazz, I tried a markbass amp, and it was awesome too. Your vid is very helpful, because you play different styles, and compare the amps. I have a question, I love the pure sound of my bass, and both Ampeg and Markbass amps changes the tone of the instrument, and my question is that can you make a Markbass sound without changing the original sound of the bass?
Markbass is clean and natural - but I love that ampeg EQ - its so good.
I agree. I also have a Mesa boogie Walkabout. Small powerfull ..but I always come back to Ampeg.
Ampeg the best!!! Specially on low freq.
