- Mike Terrana performing Dvořák's "New World Symphony" together with the Choir and Orchestra of State Opera from Plovdiv. Location: Roman amphitheatre in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Choir conducted by Vesela Geleva and Orchestra by conductor Levon Manukyan.
It so refreshing to see professionals at the top of their game not taking themselves too seriously!
I am glad the bar is so high in Europe to perform at this level. Mike is a beast. Artension, Yngwie, others.

Conheci essa cara num festival em 2005 em Porto Alegre, naquela época ele era da banda alemã Rage, que depois do show, estava saindo do ginásio, e quando vi, eu estava no seu caminho, vários fans tiraram fotos com ele, muito legal o cara, falei para ele, com o meu inglês muito ruim, cara você é um dos melhores bateristas do mundo, ele entendeu e me disse, thank you.

Reminds me of a time in my school orchestra when we played this as an intermission number on a school program. The weather was bad and I was the only one who showed up for the percussion section and had to utilize the drum set.

Mike seems like he’s a good guy. I know he’s a showman to the extreme and is actually a really good drummer but is this event (whatever it is) all about him?? I do know that he has the gift of dominating most situations he’s in.
Honestly, as far as professional drummers go, I mean, he's average.....maybe? His stick twirls and "funny faces" get pretty annoying and gimmicky.
Mike need to bring John and Myung with him…Jordan will follow later…
@@RickDawg527 Average? he is not even paying attention and he's playing an extra 10 notes to your professionals 1 note.... he even played with triplets on the kick which is one of the most rare and NEVER USED (because they can't do it) fills by your professionals. 2:04
