Hi Elaine, I was so never about the medication too. I had a lot of people saying they had to go without Wegovy because of the shortage but I never had that problem.

Weightloss, Sis! Thanks for sharing your experience. Love those letters! OO-OOP! I have my weightloss kit too! LMNT was too salty for me, so I take Hydramate Peach Iced Tea. I also regularly watch DOTP, ChargeNurseKeasha, & Countess. They have been very helpful for me.

Yes fiber, fiber, fiber! I’ve been taking Culturelle Probiotics which has helped me with the GI issue/constipation and bloating. I have a link and coupon code as well.
