Plants vs Zombies is back in an all-new adventure that will test your zombie defense skills! Filled with plants and zombies new and old with the PvZ combat you’ve come to know and love. It’s the wildest PvZ yet that will have you rebuilding Neighborville while fighting against the wackiest zombies to date. Dr. Zomboss has returned and transformed Neighborville into a zombie paradise! Embark on an epic adventure with Dave and his team of heroes in a story that’s crazier than ever before as they journey through the fog to free other citizens. This is amazing , I used to watch Zack play tons and tons of PvZ gw2 in 2016 and 2017 staying up just watching those videos and now he’s still going playing the third plants vs zombies

I’m so far not entirely sure about this game.. Half of the strategy in all the other games was choosing which plants to bring. Now they take that away 😔
And the difficulty curve is not that high at best your only issue is initial sun production balanced against getting attacking plants in.
Don’t forget, it’s a soft launch. At the start, GW2 and 1 were kind of terrible at the start, but then they started fixing things and updating it and now.. it’s a good game! Don’t give up on PvZ3!

@@masonhildebrant7337Well they removed the most important part of PvZ, choosing your seeds and the levels are so fast paced you can’t get your defense fully set up almost ever. Plus there are way too many tutorials, people figured out what most plants did on their own I; the first 2, why do they need a tutorial for every new plant.

but still i think why most of us hate on pvz3 is cuz the developers set the bar way too high in pvz2
pvz2 just added way too much depth to every aspect of the game, and as a sequel we expect pvz3 to be better but it hasn't delivered
From my observations, for single target long range plants, when there are two or more zombies on the same tile, they tend to shoot the targets alternately, resulting in them not killing anything in that situation, which then makes bamboo shoot significant. Second, snow peas seems to do less damage than regular peashooters.
Both Peashhoter and Snowpea had been greatly nerfed, now needing 14/28 shots respectily.
Squash also seem that it has been nerfed as now his range is much shorter.
And Lighting Reed now does the same damage as a peashooter (!!?)

Snow peas are given the same cost as peashooters in pvz3 so having less damage makes sense
@@kyleco9185 I think thats due to the shot, that its longer compared. But that It has been buffed a bit, I have no doubt.
The One Who really got buffed though, was Bonk Choi. His damage now is as insane as a heavy plant, which knowing the previous cases with Pokra and Ice-Shroom makes me believe that they misunderstand the power of a melee plant.

I agree about the art style. It's true that I have my share of complaints with the game, but I enjoy it visually, especially the Peashooters.

Zack here’s a strategy put squash at the end of the line the first zombie is and put sunflowers on every other line to stall out sun so you could setup more things than have to wait

This guy has been going nonstop since pvz2 released, how is he not insane.
my only outstanding issue with the game so far is how little amount of plants there are. in 10+ levels you got to play with the exact same plants over and over. this of course is coming straight from PvZ2 where there are 100+ plants to use on any level to any capacity. i thought with the introduction of a new game it would come with new plants and mechanics that improve what the last game didn’t have. i’m hopeful that the game will be fun and i have no doubt it will be at full launch i wish they would just continue to use what works and expand. what do you think
I mean pvz 3's challenge comes from the fact you're being dealt a hand of plants from the dev's. Stuff like the squash level would not work in pvz 2 because you can't control the player to only use single use plants.
Sure in this model of gameplay, you're not using nearly as much variety than anything in 2, but you're doing more with a single plant. Sometimes less is more
@@iamfat6164 i appreciate that i just want what’s best for the community, want everyone to be downloading plants vs zombies like back in the day. just worried that the jurassic differences between the games and the somewhat unenjoyable forced gameplay would drive people away. i really do look forward to playing this game it brings me back to childhood i could just have a nostalgic pov on it
@@tmoss284 I rank games based on their own merits. I mean I didn't even like pvz 2 in practice so this is a breath of fresh air for me
It kinda seems like 3 is attempting to tone back the power-creep nature of PvZ 2 and to return to a meta closer to the 1st game. The game so far has seen a slow introduction of basic plants, none of which are particularly broken like Solar Sage or Shadow Pea and stuff. The zombies have been simplified and buffed in health so that lane micromanagement becomes the focus of gameplay rather than seed-picking strategy. Even the sunflower buff of PvZ 2 has been nerfed back to them only producing 25 sun (or 1, in this equivalent case) per generation, meaning you can't just fill up rows and rows of backliners and mindlessly win levels.
All in all, while PvZ 3 is kinda mediocre, I really appreciate the slight shift in gameplay present in these levels.
My hope is that eventually the game will have monthly or quarterly free updates that each bring back a returning plant that's balanced to fit the PvZ 3 meta, as well a bonus side campaign with 20-50 new levels to play with.
PeaS: this is coming from a guy that although loved the power creep nature of 2 (grinded arena mode over the summer), appreciates the more relaxed approached 3 is taking.

Zack, no offense, but some of the "hard level" aren't supposed to be hard, you just have to play them smarter, for example level 28, you need to immediately plant walnuts, as you already have sun, so the only thing affecting how many you can place is cooldown, so don't waste time!

I do enjoy playing PVZ games but unfortunately I can't get on my phone because I was on my Google play app and it said that it's not meant for the USA. I would definitely love to play it when it becomes playable here in the USA
You can get it look up a tutorial I did it awhile back I had to use a vpn and set it to an available country then make a new gmail and I forgot if there’s other steps to it

@@leetaylor5658 you can see on the official website that they only released like a playtest version and only in like 4-5 countries its like a beta test really, but sadly when i first saw the title i got hyped then i saw the gameplay and i was like yeah not worth the effort as even when officially releases everywhere its just not worth it this feels like a step backwards somehow it feels worse than pvz1 lol

The game isn't great but it does have some redeeming qualities in the artstyle and characters. You can't go wrong with classic PvZ gameplay, although it seems you can't choose your seeds in this incarnation of the game.

The nut you are talking about is called the 'Tall Nut', its basically a wall nut with more health and it can block flying zombies.

With the lily pad being free, you should fill up all the water spaces with them. Looks like it took a regular zombie three swipes to eat it. That buys you more time to take them out.
It was the best watching zack binge playing games with thousands of levels and content. Sadly those type of games are dying out😢

For Snow Pea at 32:04 ; 10 Hits. Peashooters , 7 Hits. U will need to use peashooters if u stumble on a level with peashooters because Snow Peas are not enough to do somw damage

@@kahootkrummi8242 it made your plants have more health, do more damage and cost less which I cool to grind for, but your right on the ea part, they took too much advantage of making it impossible to max out your plants without paying real money for it, if they made it based on playing to level up plants than it would be perfect
