Brilliant as always!! A great choice for song cover,. I loved how you swopped the drumsticks around. I haven't seen that before and was so surprised what a difference it made. Softer sound on the chorus vs the verse. You are so good with "tweaking" the songs just enough to make it your own, but bring out the emotion of it. If that makes sense. Can't wait to see what you do for the next one :)

I got an electronic drum kit almost 1 year ago and I have yet to get past simple variations of a rock beat. Seems like it would take me until old age to get to this point. These videos do help me visualize what I aspire to achieve though. Great cover!

I know little-to-nothing about drumming, but is there a difference in playing with the head of the stick versus the backend? Good work as always, keep it up!

Hi! There is a slight difference in sound with the backend. I wanted to change the feel between choruses and verses without switching instruments, and I thought this might work here. Thanks for the question!

Hi, Thank you so much! I wanted to achieve a slightly different feel on the choruses in comparison to the verses. Also, the back of the stick produces a less articulate sound on the cymbals, that’s why in the last chorus I hold the stick regularly in just one hand.
