He might all of a sudden stop, turn or anything else. Not out of malice, but just simply not knowing what a paramotor is capable of. Landing on a moving object is incredibly dangerous seeing as once you stop, on it, you now have a glider that will poll you off the boat. Would need the boat to stop with him as he landed. Then taking off is the problem.

I mean he was being risk adverse. It's not like he actually tried to land fully nor did he do any of this without communication from the people on the boat. I would have more problems with this if he flew forward of the roof and over those people not covered by the roof.

I was recently flying over the breakwall in Buffalo and knew I was in a dangerous situation and just kept flying well because I was having fun. Using your logic I would have been much safer. Recently got a jet boat after going 12 years without one growing up on Lake Erie. I have to tell you, it’s not about the ego or having the status of being a boat owner. I only care about my son making memories. Best gift God ever blessed me with was him. He starts 2nd grade tomorrow ❤️❤️❤️
Yeah, my bud did that a few weeks ago and his engine sputtered and he was in the lake and went down in 1 second trying to get out of his seat belt for 35 seconds. Thankfully our boats were there and saved him and his craft. Both were a bit worse for wear.
