    Participants decision is good in Policies I mean Partipative management.Action nd reaction of view exchanges in Gps.etc.gives important Points too to b added or any OD in brief.It has got a talent depth.It increases motivation and Confidence whether Employees or Executives of lower ladder.Exchanges of view definately make the employee effecent in my opinion in brief.Bry.Innovatibe nd outstanding vdo. lecture
    Creativity will definitely increase related to Efficacy of any Sector or OD or OB. ss overall Perspective including PR in my opinion.Positivity always Pays.sincerely appreciated the lecture.
