That salad looks sooo delicious, and I love that you have included a little spray oil and some artificial sweeteners, and I love that there’s no special protein powders, just real food and it’s still plenty of protein!
Fantastic video guys! I made this for lunch today, thanks yum Have you noticed that you only get app 200 grams from the whole block after it’s cooked? I baked mine, I didn’t press it because it didn’t need it. I’m not sure where they came up with 4 85g servings. It’s more like 40 grams of protein per block instead of the 64 that’s on the box
The salad looks amazing. If you add some Salm balm oelk to the peanut sauce it really makes it a whole new flavor level. Sorry if I didn’t spell it correctly. I’ll be trying it soon.
Looks awesome, going to make this! Can you PLEASE make a video on calculating macros for homemade food. You are good at it. I make my own greek yogurt and have no idea how to figure it out. After I strain it, before, etc. Is a serving whatever I want it to be? Help!
I like things lined up too Tim! Gluten free baby! I'm definitely making that bowl. I actually prefer tofu as it comes from the packet, the extra firm - love it in salads that way. Yummy!
This looks just like the Dr. Fuhrman Nutritarian salad I make Mon-Fri for lunch --soooo good!! Mine comes out to around 450 calories - 1 lb of non starchy veggies (just like yours but addition of kale & bell peppers). Like you, I have been adding in extra protein to build strength & muscle. With tofu, I usually add 1/4-1/2 cup of beans so the amino acid profile is on point. Love the PB2 dressing or a tahini-lemon-garlic dressing. My bowl looks like Tim's!! Thanks so much for sharing all your recipe's on Cronometer. You guys are slaying the protein rich vegan meals!! ❤
I make a version like this all the time and I add shredded daikon and green papaya. Really low calories and great fiber for your microbiome. You can find green unripe papaya at asian markets. I wish I could find fava bean tofu where I live.
I’m new to Cronometer and want to put some of your recipes in. Do you know if there is a way to search and find yours? (I have Gold level.) Or maybe import them?
@@daviddues4240 You can email me at plantbaseddads@gmail.com with your email that you use for Cronometer and I will add you from my end as a friend. Then we can share macros without you paying for the upgraded version.

Not just Target, I love watching you at Costco, Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, maybe because it’s like I’m shopping with friends.
I love shopping at those stores too. I’m always looking for deals.
I’m eating this for lunch. I had most of the ingredients but had to improvise a bit. It turned out so great! Thanks!
I love when people improvise and make it their own!
Saving to my "recipes" playlist, thank you guys!
Hope you enjoy!
Love this recipe and love the macros. Thanks❤️
I know, right?
That bowl looks incredible!
Thank you so much. I can’t wait to try this!
You're going to love it!
😊 The dads are looking good and strong.. and muscular !!

I love real food too, no need to overcomplicate things. Right? Thanks so much for noticing all the work we put into this.
@@PlantBasedDads we are total fans my friend, we just love you guys ❤️

The serving size may be smaller after its cooked but the protein will still be the same for the whole block
I’m definitely trying this! Looks fantastic!
Great delicious looking high protein dish 🙌😍 can’t go wrong with those ingredients 🙌
My favorite dinner is a huge salad with every veg I have and tofu, I've got to try this version, the peanujt sauce looks sooooo good. thank you
Thats basically what we did here. A "clean out the fridge" salad. Right?
The salad looks amazing. If you add some Salm balm oelk to the peanut sauce it really makes it a whole new flavor level. Sorry if I didn’t spell it correctly. I’ll be trying it soon.
I absolutely can not stand black salt. But others really seem to like it .
This looks ahhhhhmazing! Thank you! Love you both!
Thanks so much for being an early commenter and supporting the show. It was soooo good. I had it for lunch today and school.
Joey, love your show! What is the name of the sushi place you like that has a lot of vegan options? I'd love to try it!
Its just Iron Chef on Tatum and Shea in Phoenix
Thank you Joey! We'll have to try soon! Not too far for me!

Joey, what do you have for a Thai Ginger sauce instead of PB?

You may notice on the website that peppers are in the macros, we just didnt have them.

Thanks to you both! You mentioned salt and pepper tofu and it sounded good. Couldnt pull it up on your website. Can you help? Thanks!
Yummy 😋 I want some ☺️
Don't you just love tofu?
How do I see it on cronometer????? It isn’t showing up! Looks wonderful!
If we are friends, then go to where you add food, type my name and all my recipes should come up
Good morning everyone!
Yum!💕
The yellow bowl is way too small! It didn’t seem like you liked the peanut sauce-it looked good, though.

Are you guys going to the conference in Los Vegas??
No, which one is that?

You can make a delicious tofu with red lentils and water
I will have to check out the protein on that and see if it is an option. Thanks for the idea.
Maybe I'm being a little thick here: where is the Target video? You got me interested in seeing it haha
It was last weeks "A day in our life" video
Looks delicious but no low calorie maple flavored syrup. Artificial sweeteners are very hard on the gut. Real maple syrup only.
You can use any syrup you want. I am showing you the lowest calorie option.
Looks good. Boycotting Target now.
Peanut powder is a game changer. Saving those fat calories
right!!!
Looks like a guy with his trainor
Aminos for the win. Soy sauce 🤢
