Great I loved it all. Had great feeling watching it and some awesome locations, but just because it looks cool doesn't mean it is. Watch those landings. If its to high, roll. If its going to strain your knees or back then don't do it. Train safe everyone!

I used to do this in the 80's, but not as hardcore as this, and b4 it was known as parkour. No forward/backward flips, handstands or somersault.
