Hi Everyone, We hope you enjoyed our video! Have you heard of RV Skirting before? Please say hello by leaving a comment below! Also, please feel free to ask any questions or just tell us about yourselves. We want to get to know you and share our RV experiences.
@@tg9388 Hi TG, No UA-cam videos can be updated once they are published on UA-cam. This is very frustrating because if a mistake is made and should be revised or an update is needed we can't change the video. Maybe we can make another video about the alternatives but we have an article on the website that may help you out too. Here they are: rvblogger.com/blog/airskirt-rv-skirting-winter-summer/ rvblogger.com/blog/rv-skirting-for-winter-diy-or-brand-name/ rvblogger.com/blog/heat-camper-stay-warm-camping-cold-weather/ thanks for watching our video! I heard of Airskirts from your video on your class C. I did check them out for my travel trailer but it was expense I didn’t want to put out this winter. I used the reflective foil insulation. It’s held up well. I did have to fix some of the taping after a couple storms. I also found some other uses in my TT to help insulate some of the cabinets/closets. Love your product videos! Thank you Mike and Susan!

Those are pretty cool. I like how that pump can deflate as well as inflate. I never knew these skirts were around. I’ll get a hold of my friend whose living in a towable and see if she can use these skirts. Thank you Mike and Susan. Hope you have a great day and week and see you soon! Great video thank you!
We just got our and got them installed we love them and can already tell a big difference in the temperature in the RV. Well worth the money we spent on them .
@@rosemann0711 That is awesome!!! You made our day! It always makes us feel great when we recommend products we love and others love them too! Thanks! Mike and Susan
I think they are a Great idea, heard about em several years ago when they only had em for airstreams. Good to see big rigs can get them now too. Cheers 🍻
If the temperature drops a lot overnight,, won't these deflate to the point that they are no longer snug? From the pre-RV days, I remember having to inflate an air mattress in the middle of the night due to compression of the air due to cold. Also, do these help at all during air conditioning season? Just found your channel. Love it!
Hey Randy That's a great questions but we haven't had a problem with that. If needed you could just take a pump and inflate a little as needed. :) Thanks for watching and commenting! ❤ Mike and Susan By the way, we hope you will subscribe to our FREE monthly digital/video magazine called RV Camping Magazine. To the best of my knowledge mice and other animals can not bite or puncture Airskirts. But you could certainly check with the manufacturer or owner reviews for that information. Thank you for watching our video and commenting!
Hi…thanks for the walk thru on setup. I am interested in your other video comparing skirt toes but the link wasn’t working and I couldn’t find. Can you provide the link if it’s available?? Thank you!
Hmmm...not sure exactly what you mean but here is another video we made about AirSkirts where we temperature test them. Check it out and let us know what you think! Mike ua-cam.com/video/en4XiSbDdnQ/v-deo.html
Hi! Just wondering how the slide outs did since those aren't insulated. I just ordered the air skirts but realized I have 5 slide outs and wonder if Vinyl would be better since the air skirts won't insulate the slides.
Even vinyl won't really insulate your slides. They are useful as a wind breaker but not much insulation. Have you received and tried your Airskirts yet? Would love feedback on how you like them. Thanks for watching and commenting.

What about the slide outs ? Lots of heat loss there. Any fix for that ????
Hey Larry,
Great question! In our opinion and experience, not really.

That's brilliant! Do animals chew on them or try to get past them to get under the RV?

We haven't had that issue.

Do they have anything for the slide outs
Sorry nothing to protect slide outs.
Good info ! Ty
Thank you and you're welcome! We love to stand behind a product that has such value in the RV community! Thank you for watching our Airskirts video and commenting!
Extremely over priced. 3300.00 for the kit for my 5th wheel. That's totally ridiculous. About 300 to use styrapom
Styrofoam is a lot less expensive but not as effective as Airskirts. Do you currently use styrofoam? Thanks for watching and commenting.
