That was the most direct tutorial on how to achieve the emboss and deboss effect I’ve seen. You nailed it in 10mins with steps I can actually practice and memorize. Super Dope. Thank you!!
Thanks, that means a lot! I have a new video out that combines this technique with some others if you want to check it out. I'd love to see your artwork too!
I am loving this skill thanks. What are the chances of doing this video again, it get rid of the plant and bring the iPad into a full screen view to see more of the things you are choosing on the iPad? Thanks
thanks for the suggestion... I try to keep some room around the ipad to add text on screen, but I can try to adjust the framing a bit and maybe add some zoom-in when I'm using menus, etc.
Yes, in my newer videos I've made the adjustment. Thanks for letting me know! Hope you are still able to follow along. Let me know if you have questions.
Great but it takes too long this origamit is just not good for effects like this , i think Adobe is much better for this type of Work but then Adobe is exspensive :)
I'd love to see what you create with this technique! ❤ You can share your designs with me on Instagram - tag me AT laurierusselldesign!
The link to the paper texture no longer works. Says link was deleted. 😢

Nice tutorial and easy to understand 😍

Thanks for the feedback. I really enjoy teaching digital art. What other topics would you be interested in learning about @BoysTrack ?
Thanks for sharing. At 4:50 you could have just chosen "select" from the Layer menu. It does the same but in an instant.
My emboss is good, still working on deboss. Definitely easiest to follow. TY
Great to hear! thanks!
Thanks for the tutorial! I am amazed how you were able to emboss and deboss so easily. A definite must in my procreate toolbox! Thanks again!🙏Poppy

Good explaining
Thank you !!!
Glad you enjoyed it and I'd love to see your art!
It’s tough to see what you’re doing when the iPad is just in the bottom corner. It would be really helpful if it were centered/more zoomed in :)
Yes, in my newer videos I've made the adjustment. Thanks for letting me know! Hope you are still able to follow along. Let me know if you have questions.
Yes, I realized I could zoom in on the video! Your tutorial is so much easier to understand and follow than any other I’ve tried. Thank you so much!
App name? Please
This is done in Procreate on the iPad, but the steps could be done in other apps that allow layers and clipping masks as well. 😉

yes, not everyone can afford Adobe or wants to take the time to learn a more complicated program. 😉
Loses me half way through everytime
I'm sorry about that... you can slow it down and replay or let me know if you have specific questions.
Well explained and nice work!
Thank you!
