On Call SURE Blood Glucose Monitoring System

The On Call® Sure Blood Glucose Monitoring System is
intended for quantitative measurement of glucose in fresh capillary whole blood from the fingertip, forearm and palm as an aid in monitoring daily blood glucose. Only professionals may also test neonatal, arterial and venous blood samples. The system includes On Call® Sure Blood Glucose Meters, On Call® Sure Blood Glucose Test Strips and On Call® Sure Glucose Control Solution. The system is for self-testing by laypersons who have diabetes or are potentially at risk for diabetes at home. It is also for near-patient testing by professionals at point-of-care (PoC) healthcare settings and professional use in laboratories. The product is not used for the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus.
