Yea I failed a bounty hunter mission because I had multiple bounties hogtied but my wagon wouldn't come and neither would my horse. So annoying when this game wastes my time
@@1div2agent74 Yep, i forgor to mention that in addition to not showing the wagon, you can't interact with your horse anymore. You can either reload the session or delete the game for good because it's freaking broken
Absolutely hate this glitch, I can't believe Rockstar hasn't fixed it. Genuinely makes me reconsider giving them my money when they do NOTHING to fix massive, game breaking problems like this. Thanks for the suggestions.
If you still experience this bug and don't want to restart your game you can open your map by holding down the options button(for me on Ps5) and Quick join some of the markers for multiplayer modes that are across the map and then simply quit them
GTA Online has a similar bug when you can get stuck in loading screen when entering an interior, and it only happens when there are many people in the session, but not always. I always assumed it's because of people who are playing with mods, because in sessions where modders are active the chances to get stuck are higher
i can confirm, gta mod menus have an option to put you in these infinite loading screens. but if you haven't provoked any modders, then more often than not it's because some idiot modder that doesn't know any better fucked around too much and broke the session.
This fix I will explain how and works for both RDR2 and GTA online verisons. Usually you have to wait like 5 or 10 mins for it to load if black screen. Not always modders. The game gets stupid sometimes with lots of players in lobby, But there is kind of a way to temporarily fix it without restarting the game for pc not sure about console. The real way to fix is just an invite only and won't happen ever. That being said, when you have a black screen do this: - alt, ctrl, delete>task manager>performance tab>open resource monitor(at bottom)>look for gta or rdr> check it off>right click goto suspend process> count 20 seconds> right click goto resume process. - Tab back into your game it will now put you in a temporary solo lobby. Ppl will join eventually but atleast your out of the screen. This is also a good way to have your own solo session with full access. If someone joins later just repeat the process. Hope this helped, I have to do this atleast once a day on gta online it's gotten worse.

So I guess it's just always going to be a roll of dice with lobbies. I just avoid entering the stable all together now 😂 unless I absolutely have to. I got stuck in the Valentine stable twice. Most of the time I play solo and it's great, everything spawns in smoothly so I was surprised to see public lobbies still have problems.

9 months later still there Haven't been able to use stable in 3 days It was ok last week I did what other say ' get off horse , flee horse , wait 8-10 seconds , then walk inside stable " !' I've heard many conflicting ways on getting it to work but from what I've found, the only way to use the stable (at least on ps4) for me is to start a session and go into a stable before you call in your horse at all (which can be really annoying if your not close to one.) but it does work, hope it helps!
They patch the bridge glitch, they patch the Sisika glitch, they patch the lamp glitch all of which where just a harmless bit of fun but this multi million pound company can’t fix an integral part of the game. Honestly it’s really bad sport on Rockstar. I said from the start that the #savereddeadonline campaign wouldn’t work and it didn’t. It should have been #boycottrockstargames by not buying any gold in RDO, no shark cards in GTA and no purchasing of any other Rockstar related items. Hitting these big companies in the pocket is the only thing that works. No CEO wants to have to walk into a meeting and tell the shareholders and board members that “we’ve actually made no money this month cause our customers have backed away” 🤷🏻♂️ rant over.
Hazard is kind of annoying because he calls everything an update and he also has that like and subscribe popping sound every 30 seconds which is kind of desperate and cringe

fun fact if you didnt know, if you're not sure if you can enter the stables without getting stuck, leave your horse outside and go in on foot. If your horse disappears inside 3-5 sec you've loaded into the stables, if it stays you're stuck and you might aswell alt+f4. Just to save you like 10 sec of loading :)
I had a week long convo with Rockstar and sent them the request video of what was happening and they responded back that they are working on recreating it and addressing it. That convo took place last week. So..here is too hoping that a fix comes soon.

I tested this bug and eventually the stable WILL work normally but it takes incredibly long time, we're talking about 15 or 20 minutes or so. Therefore it is essential that you shoo away your horse every time you need to enter stables or call in a wagon. AS IF summoning a wagon was not unreliable enough progress before the bug XD XD
There is also an issue if you don't flee your horse when you enter your moonshine shack, then you will not be able to call your horse back to you immediately when you leave the moonshine shack. You have to run far away from it.. So I always flee my horse when I arrive at the moonshine shack
The level of disregard these guys have towards this game and it’s bugs is of epic proportions! I mean seriously, one of the core elements of this game are the horses and therefor the stables are at the foundation of this game. And after more or less 3 months that this bug has been plaguing this game, still no fix! Hats off to the lack of care. They should get an award for this! 🤦🏽♂️
GTA Online has a similar bug where if you have an active personal car but also win a car from Casino wheel spin, after selecting the destination garage you'll be stuck with "Transaction Pending" Bug. Your only options are to force close the game and restart it. But you will lose the car you won since it never went through. Though always save a replay via nvidia/amd(or console replay) to prove it happened to you and contact rockstar support with the video. They wont give you the car but the exact value of the car in the Maza Bank Account so you can buy it yourself or keep the money. The only solution to this is to send your car back to garage before entering the casino and then attempt the casino wheel spin.
I’m constantly being moved to a new lobby-sometimes I don’t even notice the notification-so I won’t even risk riding into a stable. I’ll just do the on-foot method if I need to. Mostly I just stay out of the stables.
Last time I was playing this game was about 6 months ago, and I just got back into it about 5 days ago and have been having a blast, until I went to the stables and almost smashed my controller to the realization that this bug is still present. I was seriously shocked. (May 23rd, 2023)

All I want is my hunting wagon! it was extremely frustrating have any clothes out the game every single time I went into a stable, didn’t realize the issue was being on my horse!!
I dismissed my horse but it didn't runaway just walkway slowly, then I entered the stable, the glitch happened. I also still getting disconnected every 10 minutes with error 0x21002001 so I can't grind this triple gold event.
It's been happening a lot less for me since the previous maintenance, I could ride in with a horse or without and 9 times out of 10 I didn't bug out. I haven't visited the stables since the one a few days back though.

The bandana glitch is also annoying. When you change outfits in the PVP lobby, after that on some of your outfits the bandana may be replaced with the last worn with the outfit in PVP session. And you have to go to the wardrobe and manually fix all the outfits and save them again :( Support told me they will do nothing about it....
The bandanna been bugged ever since beta. Rockstar support system is a joke. Believe me I made them aware also about 3years ago. This have to do with your bandanna disappears when sit a cook and craft at a camp fire.

Has anyone else having issues with fast travel? About 50% of the time I use fast travel, my horse gets left behind and I can't even call it at the new location. Gotta fast travel back, call my horse, then fast travel to the new location again. Been happening for a few months now.
I've had it being stuck at the trader table, stuck in stables and the moonshine sales not spawning the wagon there are too many bugs that Rockstar needs to address but they don't care as long as there cash cow is making them money they won't even bat an eye
I tried it like 5 times and it worked load a new server and fast travel to strawberry (i did that) then call your horse ride to a barn and let your horse flee go in wait a minute and it worked :)
Yep, they did and it works peoperly for me. What is not working? Metal detector, wild flowers and bird eggs not spawning so the collectors role is a bit of a bust at the moment.
I encountered this glitch during my time playing Red Dead online, didn't really pay it no mind mostly because I didn't plan on playing Red Dead online for long as it was just a vacation from Grand Theft Auto V online.
cat the lobby has nothing to do with it, i use lobby manager, im alone and i got te stable bug... now does that mean the more players the higher chance of triggering... maybe.... idk
Thanks for the update. Just the other day, I tried to make my horse flee to no avail. Got stuck in stable, had to restart. Come on Rockhead, at least make the game run properly again!
I don't think this is by any means fool proof but what I like to do is sit in front of a stable for a minute or two before I enter. It seems to work most of the time for me at least. Best to try it anywhere other than Valentine since the town is a constant warzone these days.
OK, CAT, but in 90% cases I'm not able to flee horse. And this is probably one of the reasons why we have this bug. After fleeing horse becomes inactive, but not running away. You can't call wagon or other horse, because you're near your horse (which you can't ride because it's inactive and you cannot activate). If you have the same problem as me, my advise - leave horse far from stable, in Valentine it's for example railway station. Then go to stable and you shouldn't have bug.
Not fixed as of 12/3/22, as it happened to me early this morning! Fishing controls on PC keyboard are also still very broken: character keeps "un-gripping" rod while attempting to reel in lure.Toggle or aim mode does not seem to matter.
Anyone else having issues with the collector role? Every time I take out a collector's map, my character pulls it out and puts it right back away. And the metal detector finds absolutely nothing ANYWHERE. 😑 I'm on Xbox.
i made the mistake of taking my horse into a HORSE stable😐 so glad i just finished up the last achievement needed to have 51/51 might give online 1 more shot if i can find out the solo player session “glitch”
there is a bug when you're fast traveling, horse just disappears and you can't spawn it by whistling. It happened to me when I was fast traveling to my camp near onyx wolf spawn and question mark appeared on map, I had to kill the wolf on feet and with skin in hand carry it to nearest Gus.......
Hello!! I have come across an annoying issue in rdo and am wondering if anyone else has come across this. Since the update that messed with the animal samples counting for daily rewards I have had trouble getting samples register in the animal field guide. I have found both the ‘skin’ and ‘sample’ areas in the guide are not updating when finishing harriet missions. Skinning seems to work ok in free roam but sampling is hit and miss (more often miss). Is it just me?
Has anybody else had a glitch where you can not equip the variant for the varmint rifle? I bought it when it was on discount last month. I contacted support about it and all they did was give me the normal “Clear your cache”. please just save Red dead online.
Yeah even still 6 months later that glitch still causing problems but for me I keep running into it at times when I go in and out of my Moonshiner Shack and last night I was having issues calling in my Trader wagon and when I was finally able to get it to spawn in within 10 minutes my game goes to saying your file is corrupted and that I need to delete the game and reinstall it smh
If I got to any other than Saint Denis it doesn't work. If I got to saint Denis I have to not be on a horse or have one following and have to ignore both main doors and sprint through the other door that looks closed . Then I can access stables.the doors to the right of the livery sign On wall

Yeah, it might be the horses. I changed my game controls to Alternate in settings and sometimes the horse won’t effing move 😂

Sadly Xbox (as I know of from experience) don't have that option, silly right before you can on GTO in the shops. I've never had it work for me.

Tips. When it happens you have to restart the game. When re-spawn your horses is "away" so just run into the stable directly without call for it.

Also horses are super glitched, every time you leave the moonshine shack there’s About an 80% chance it will not come to you for 5 minutes
I tried to play the game months ago, had this problem. I'm still having it now months later. None of the fixes are working for me.

Bought RDR2 on sale in the Microsoft Store and I've been replaying it - Forgot how amazing it is, and now I own it on every available platform

I encountered this glitch during my time playing Red Dead online, didn't really pay it no mind mostly because I didn't plan on playing Red Dead online for long as it was just a vacation from Grand Theft Auto V online.
4 months later, still not fixed…

cat the lobby has nothing to do with it, i use lobby manager, im alone and i got te stable bug... now does that mean the more players the higher chance of triggering... maybe.... idk
Played last night, stables still not fixed. Also, tried to call my bounty wagon for a BH mission, wasn't able to.

Just the other day, I tried to make my horse flee to no avail.
Got stuck in stable, had to restart.
Come on Rockhead, at least make the game run properly again!
I don't think this is by any means fool proof but what I like to do is sit in front of a stable for a minute or two before I enter. It seems to work most of the time for me at least. Best to try it anywhere other than Valentine since the town is a constant warzone these days.

Never happened to me ever, but i only play in solo lobbies, it has to do something with other players around
just the two words "Rockstar" and "Fixed" in the same sentence made me open this video faster than universe expansion
One year later, i bought the game one month ago and those bugs are still there
OK, CAT, but in 90% cases I'm not able to flee horse. And this is probably one of the reasons why we have this bug. After fleeing horse becomes inactive, but not running away. You can't call wagon or other horse, because you're near your horse (which you can't ride because it's inactive and you cannot activate).
If you have the same problem as me, my advise - leave horse far from stable, in Valentine it's for example railway station. Then go to stable and you shouldn't have bug.

Not fixed as of 12/3/22, as it happened to me early this morning! Fishing controls on PC keyboard are also still very broken: character keeps "un-gripping" rod while attempting to reel in lure.Toggle or aim mode does not seem to matter.

Anyone else having issues with the collector role? Every time I take out a collector's map, my character pulls it out and puts it right back away. And the metal detector finds absolutely nothing ANYWHERE. 😑 I'm on Xbox.
i made the mistake of taking my horse into a HORSE stable😐 so glad i just finished up the last achievement needed to have 51/51 might give online 1 more shot if i can find out the solo player session “glitch”

there is a bug when you're fast traveling, horse just disappears and you can't spawn it by whistling. It happened to me when I was fast traveling to my camp near onyx wolf spawn and question mark appeared on map, I had to kill the wolf on feet and with skin in hand carry it to nearest Gus.......
Hello!! I have come across an annoying issue in rdo and am wondering if anyone else has come across this. Since the update that messed with the animal samples counting for daily rewards I have had trouble getting samples register in the animal field guide. I have found both the ‘skin’ and ‘sample’ areas in the guide are not updating when finishing harriet missions. Skinning seems to work ok in free roam but sampling is hit and miss (more often miss). Is it just me?

Has anybody else had a glitch where you can not equip the variant for the varmint rifle? I bought it when it was on discount last month. I contacted support about it and all they did was give me the normal “Clear your cache”. please just save Red dead online.
Yeah even still 6 months later that glitch still causing problems but for me I keep running into it at times when I go in and out of my Moonshiner Shack and last night I was having issues calling in my Trader wagon and when I was finally able to get it to spawn in within 10 minutes my game goes to saying your file is corrupted and that I need to delete the game and reinstall it smh
can confirm still having this issue seems its a feature now, I wonder why they dont want us to play gun related titles ??? *tinfoil hat*
Also if you are with a friend and you are stuck in the stable have friend throw a stick of dynamite while you are stuck worked for me

If I got to any other than Saint Denis it doesn't work. If I got to saint Denis I have to not be on a horse or have one following and have to ignore both main doors and sprint through the other door that looks closed . Then I can access stables.the doors to the right of the livery sign On wall
