Catching Bass on Frogs!

- Sometimes snakehead fishing trips don't always work out the way that I want them to, and that's ok! I got up early for a eastern shore Maryland snakehead fishing trip with my buddy Corey from Outdoors with Corey and we hit the water in search of big snakeheads. We fished long and hard, and eventually got rewarded with some nice fish, even if it wasn't necessarily what I was hoping for. I ended up catching my biggest bass of the year and many others! All of the fish were caught on a orange venom frog made by Snakehead Outlawz!

IMPORTANT NOTE: While Snakeheads are a non-native species, biologists have discovered over the last few years that the damage they cause to the ecosystem is not nearly what was once expected. Many bodies of water containing these fish have successfully adapted to their presence. I encourage you to thoroughly research the data that is out their regarding snakeheads before you make an uninformed comment saying that we should have killed the fish. That being said, everyone is entitled to their opinion regarding these fish. We simply ask that your opinion be formed on actual data and research, not what you heard from a friend or read on facebook.
The body of water that we fished already has a healthy population of snakeheads. Killing a few fish would do absolutely nothing in regards to eradicating the species from that body of water. Instead, you'd be wasting the life of a perfectly good gamefish. Here at Orange 22 Fishing, we encourage you to practice catch and release on all species of fish, including snakeheads. We will continue to do so, and we hope you will do the same as well.
No matter your opinion on this topic, we do thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel!
Tight lines,

I have the wire on but I don’t know what the best set ups for it?
I got a starter tackle box.
I don’t see you use bobbers. I live in Dover and want to mostly do river fishing.
can you try out the panfish magnet/trout magnet? They catch bass panfish everything
What pound line you like to use with the snakeheads? And do you use a leader?
Come back to UA-cam bro best snakehead content on UA-cam

What lure/bait would you guys recommend using for snakehead this time of the year?
Good vid bro it was a blast out there with you good fishing !🫵
Bass. Master. 👊😜
I know we prefer our snakes, but it is nice to have some green fish around to keep us busy. Solid toads, bro.
Nice to see you boys out together again. Man that tree really didn't want to let go. Nothing wrong with a bass day, man you sounded so disappointed on some of them.
Nice vid bud!!! Those were some quality bass !! I'm sure you'll step up the snake game soon !!!
Another nice video
You landed some quality fish on top water

Do you know any snakehead spots near Millsboro? If you are willing to share a spot of two, I can give you my number so it remains private🙏
