Wow! I reallly appreciate the openess of the story writer. How should we behave, when we have convictions about an unbeliever to be our future partner? It does not mean we should propose to him/her at once. Rather we should pray and wait the Lord to fulfil His promise! God bless you sir/ma. I like the fact that such case was brought up and treated in the movie.
It's different from the case of a person that is simply lusting after an unbeliever and is bent on marrying him/her.
You are right, a pastor in my church is married to a lady that by the time God revealed the lady to him she was still unsaved in the world, the revelation came with the name of the sister.
This pastor trusted God and kept praying for the lady, by God's grace she gave her life to Christ and they are happily married now to the glory of God.
Wow! The story is very interesting. When the lord is leading us to an unbeliever as spouse. Prayerfull, Patience, waiting for God direction and hold our conviction strong.
The way God works mysteriously beyond human imagination. Thank God for the break free from the shackles of evil and bringing Evelyn into the lime light of christ. I pray for every Evelyn out there, God's help locate you. Amen.
