Like the last G-Wagen 4x4 Squared, this new one-based on the thoroughly updated current-generation G-Wagen-has portal axles to give it extraordinary ground clearance. Should look into deflating and inflating system the 6x6 uses for their tires. Cheaper than raising the roof
My grandfather was getting his Cadillac washed after golf one day. When my grandpa went to pick up the car, the man who washed it, found a golf tee and ask him what it was for. Add the self extending step to get in. Does it have air suspension, maybe it will lower enough to make it past the garage entrance.
Manny put air bags on the Gwagon this way you can lower it to fit in the garage💡
Manny - My friend in OC puts luxury cars on air bag suspension all the time - might be worth doing to this beast
I know fitting this could be an issue, however, Manny should do something about it, what we recently saw with The Stradman and his Z06, taking that into consideration it’s better to have a wider and taller entrance not only for this car but even flatbeds

Instead of modifying the building. Why don't you put the G Wagon on a hydraulic setup that can lower and raise. Or air ride makes a kit for that same thing also. Just some food for thought happy holidays brother.

What if you deflate the tires to get in and out? Not very practical, but it should work
There are Hydraulic shocks, they use them on Ambulances...but the real problem with G-wagons is they have like 5" of suspension travel, don't let those portal axles fool you.

I know this will not be popular to write. Test drives/first drives should also include speed limit driving if you really want to get a feel for the vehicle. All gas/diesel engines roar, that tells you nothing about the vehicle. At dealerships people handle a test drive like they will never do 99.9% of the time during ownership. Then complaint 3 months later they do not like how it rides, tire noise, the wife cannot get in it comfortably, etc
