Great review.👍 IMO Cedrat Boise shines in the drydown. Start is bit too strong for me. But you can tell the density/quality of the juice from the shinnines it leaves on the skin.
Great review. Unlike most people, I enjoy this fragrance. The dry down sandalwood is amazing. I layer this with Molecule 04 and its easily one of my most complimented scents.

@@MrGoodBar83. It isn’t better than Aventus!!! Nothing even close to the quality of Aventus. Cedrate is a good scent, but no way am I reaching for that before any Creed fragrance. It’s like a 🍋 pastry, & how anyone is comparing a 🍋 with 🍍 is beyond me. 🤷♂️ The dry down of Cedrate is better than it’s opening. While for me, opening gave me a headache. But Creed is just amazing from start to finish!!!

Andrew Hemmelgarn I have still gotten a lot of compliments when I can’t even smell it at all anymore. I definitely think I’m going anosmic to it. I was in a hot tub and I just couldn’t smell it at all, but A guy five feet away mentioned a nice smelling cologne, and everyone smelled me (the ladies) and agreed!
I really like the way you pair your watches with your shirts. Leather band watches are often overlooked, but you always make them look sophisticated in an understated, casual way.
One of the few scents out of over 100 that I have a backup bottle of. Its great. Same vibe as Aventus but not the same but it never was. My bottles are a few years old. Cant comment on any reformation. But I do love it. Thanks for content. Be safe.

Great take as per usual. I have aventus, cedrat, scent of peace, Orion, and explorer....all smell so different to me and have unique situations where I prefer to wear each in. I can’t wait to get my nose on Hacivat.
jOr2187 the performance is ok, 6-8hrs on skin but a lovely 5hrs of performance with good projection and silage. Balanced compliments (all age, all sex will notice you and comment). I think a better night out scent imo.
Absolutely accurate! I have Aventus, Hacivat, Club DeNuit, Pineapple Vintage, Pineapple Vintage Intense, Dot.com Bond 9, Hugo Reversed, and Cedrat Boise, There is something different that I like about all of these in the note breakdown; but Cedrat Boise is my jam! So many compliments!!! The husband and I both wear all these but the most compliments we get come from Cedrat Boise!!!! Great video!
louis martin it’s nice actually! More creamier w vanilla which rounds and smooths it out unlike the Pineapple Vintage original which I also love but is more tart and clean which is nice in summer. Both dry downs are amazing and the longevity is 🔥!!!! But my fav is Cedrat Boise!!! For me it’s a master piece.
Great review once again!! Cedar Boise is def smoother and at the same time just as sharp in opening as aventus. Another one in comparison in my humble opinion is Roja Elysium, which is better than both for my nose and taste

Great review my man! I own Mancera Cedrat Boise and a decant of Aventus and imho they don't smell nothing alike. To me Cedrat Boise opens up with a blast of a fruity vibe and Aventus opens up with a more bergamot opening and Cedrat Boise has a smooth creamy vibe and smooth leather under tone while Aventus just keeps that citrus and woody dry down. Nothing alike to me. I personally enjoy Cedrat Boise more then Aventus. Shout out from Costa Rica 👍🏽

I don't feel like I need it. *Cedrat Boise* is like fruit punch and leather. Isn't a monster perfomer on me (maybe 6 hours, average to below average projection). Doesn't really smell like Aventus to me either.
Both are different fragrances and cedrat boise performs good on my skin yes it is not what it used to be but still i get around 7 to 8 hours of good performance from this one. You can sample before buying or buy 60ml bottle its not that expensive.
Notes are often rather random, it's not that there is any component from real black currant in either of these fragrances. It's based on aroma chemicals that they use to create accords that smell like black currant. These accords can smell really different in one or the other. As far as the difference goes. To me both are really different. CB smells more synthetic, especially in the beginning, Aventus is more elegant and natural. CB dries down a lot creamier more vanilla and cosy and Aventus stays really manly with the Birch and such. To my nose two really different fragrances.
Great review. I wish I would’ve picked up this scent before I bought Club De Nuit. I already have Aventus and Hacivat...the last thing I need is another scent that will remind me of Aventus. Don’t get me wrong, I like Aventus, but there are a lot of scents out there that I could buy that would be a nice change up. Not to mention, I just bought MFK Oud Satin Mood yesterday. That tapped at my pockets a little too heavy right now...so I’m good on fragrances for a minute 😂

I really bought Mont Blanc Explorer first and before I ever smelled Aventus I really had this guy feeling, a powerful one, kind of how the Targaryen's have dreams that are true, that's how Aventus smells. Then when I got a sample I was shocked how close it was and what a great deal Explorer is. And I own Cedrat Boise and it's amazing. I see they have an intense version that's better.
true story, i got a decant of intense cetrat boise to try out, i had sprayed it on one of my wrists, and was sampling a few fragrances.. went about my day & totally forgot, had a mechanic working on my truck & i kept getting wafts of aventus in the air, after about the 4th time it hit my nose i had to ask him. "are you wearing creed aventus" "i keep smelling something in the air" of course he looked at me like i was crazy, and about 10 minutes later i realized it was me, and remembered i had tried out the cedrat boise.. needless to say, i went home and ordered a bottle!
Great review. I like Mancera Cedat Boise better than Creed. Creed is stronger in projection and sharpness. This is smoother. This is my go to office scent. The value is amazing also. This a 30% of the price of Creed. It is not a clone. It is his own thing
Thanks for the in depth review. I own both Aventus and Cedrat Boisee. I like both, but Aventus is clearly masculine whereas the other is unisex to feminine. To my taste anyway. Which leads to my real question. Why do so many niche houses make fragrances without a distinction of male or female? Sometimes I don’t want to walk around smelling all sweet or flowery. ManCB is not Aventus to me but it's definitely a beast and right up there with Aventus! I had the pre 2017 batch and a woman fondled me in 3rd Ward Htown one night and said Boo you smell so damn tasty! A good night need I say more 😆 I recently bought the new batch. Its dope too to me. Can't go wrong with ManCB. I've never smelled it out anywhere else when I'm out. Can't say that about Aventus...

Snagged a bottle off of FragranceX and was convinced it vanished pretty quickly. I was beyond bummed especially considering CDNIM and MB Explorer are fantastic. Well, fast forward 3 days later.... I was doing laundry at the Fire Dept and my polo shirt was blazing. Smelled so so good! I’m wondering if we are going nose blind to it. I can’t speak to skin performance accurately but I can absolutely assure this juice was pumping off the collar of my shirt. I hope that helps a bit 😁
Had the exact same issue when I got it 7 months ago. Sprayed it, 5 hours later disappeared, got disappointed, so kept it in the box in my cupboard and just opened it again few days ago and has been sticking on my clothes full 24 hours+ and skin 12 hours. I don't know what and how that happened, but I think keeping it in the closet for a couple of months is highly effective.
I know this is a channel on fragrances, not about watches. But man, wear your watch a bit tighter please. It is so bad to wear a watch as lose as this.
Smells like cdnim but worse opening is identical to cdnim with a strong lemon bergamot combo giving it a pineappleish smell then starts drying and turns into lootloops mixed with hamster bedding and performance is worse then the never batches of cdnim which also has bad performance just not as bad as c.b don't blind buy if you were thinking to get a decant u can find 30ml partials for 20-30 bucks 50ml partials for 40-50 bucks shipped that way you don't waste 100 bucks

Wow...over Aventus? I just smelled Creed for the first time a few days ago and was blown away by it. I may have to order Mancera now.

I bought it because of him and another fragrance reviewer. It's a nice one but kinda strong when you first spray it.
I get a fruity leather scent from this one so I wouldn’t rock it in super hot heat but fall winter spring it’s a banger

Great review. I like Mancera Cedat Boise better than Creed. Creed is stronger in projection and sharpness. This is smoother. This is my go to office scent. The value is amazing also. This a 30% of the price of Creed. It is not a clone. It is his own thing

Thanks for the in depth review. I own both Aventus and Cedrat Boisee. I like both, but Aventus is clearly masculine whereas the other is unisex to feminine. To my taste anyway. Which leads to my real question. Why do so many niche houses make fragrances without a distinction of male or female? Sometimes I don’t want to walk around smelling all sweet or flowery. Is there a reason for this?
Probably because they make so few bottles and the ingredients being so expensive to procure, makes sense to make unisex frags. My view

ManCB is not Aventus to me but it's definitely a beast and right up there with Aventus! I had the pre 2017 batch and a woman fondled me in 3rd Ward Htown one night and said Boo you smell so damn tasty! A good night need I say more 😆 I recently bought the new batch. Its dope too to me. Can't go wrong with ManCB. I've never smelled it out anywhere else when I'm out. Can't say that about Aventus...

Unfortunately Cedrat Boise has been reformulated don't care what anyone says. The old version was the best in terms of scent and longevity

Snagged a bottle off of FragranceX and was convinced it vanished pretty quickly. I was beyond bummed especially considering CDNIM and MB Explorer are fantastic. Well, fast forward 3 days later.... I was doing laundry at the Fire Dept and my polo shirt was blazing. Smelled so so good! I’m wondering if we are going nose blind to it. I can’t speak to skin performance accurately but I can absolutely assure this juice was pumping off the collar of my shirt. I hope that helps a bit 😁
Had the exact same issue when I got it 7 months ago. Sprayed it, 5 hours later disappeared, got disappointed, so kept it in the box in my cupboard and just opened it again few days ago and has been sticking on my clothes full 24 hours+ and skin 12 hours. I don't know what and how that happened, but I think keeping it in the closet for a couple of months is highly effective.
Per price point and suffocate everyone in the room fragrances mancera is the best house imo

If your batchcode starts with 16,17,18,19 or 20. Thats why. But.. if it starts with 15,14 then its very Strange that its airy.

Smells like cdnim but worse opening is identical to cdnim with a strong lemon bergamot combo giving it a pineappleish smell then starts drying and turns into lootloops mixed with hamster bedding and performance is worse then the never batches of cdnim which also has bad performance just not as bad as c.b don't blind buy if you were thinking to get a decant u can find 30ml partials for 20-30 bucks 50ml partials for 40-50 bucks shipped that way you don't waste 100 bucks
It doesn't smell like cdnim... it's way too fruity & real heavy with the lemon 🍋 😩
