Wow. GKD's statement, "Keep trying to stop us from attending events," is significant. Does he mean "mall shows," "university invites," and "music events/fiestas?" suggests that the "hater" GKD is referring to is not just ordinary. It could be someone exceptionally influential. Perhaps with a lot of money to back it up. Why would they want to stop ECLYPS from joining events? Ppop as a whole is just starting to gain recognition worldwide. If I were the boss of this company, I would reprimand those trying to stop talented Ppop boy/girl groups because SB19 and BINI cannot handle world domination by themselves. Let's get real! If he was referring to mall shows, events, etc., that's odd because he himself said in one of his reactions with Lucas that he doesn't like mall shows because the acoustics are so bad and gives a bad impression on the artists if people hear it.

I've seen some Ppop fans point out GKD labels for.. paying/using connections with content creators/YT reactors to react/interview the members to promote them. Maybe that's one point they were referring to in that statement. TBH, it's not really bad, it's called strategy. And other Ppop fans find it unfair bcs their idols struggled their way to promote themselves.

I love gkd labels from the start. I'm not sure why people are so against them helping other ppop groups to debut. Akala mo tlga may maiaambag sa pag produce ng mga artists. If you don't want to support, manahimik nalng sana. Stop causing issues on other groups. GKD knows the talent that Filipinos have that's why the invested in our talents.

Mostly their issue is American kasi producers at baka daw pagsamantalahan local artists natin. Pero nung SB19, walang issue. Proud pa iba kasi Korean training standard. The entertainment industry is messy, hindi ko alam kung anong mangyayari. Like how the change of ownership ng SBT significantly impacted SB19's activities. Pero the truth is, sa mga aspiring artists they would jump into the opportunity when someone gives them a chance to showcase their talent. We can only hope for the best.
I have watched GKD reactions before and what I love about them is that they are very objective pero hindi mayabang. They are very knowledgeable when in comes to music production kaya ang dami ko din natutunan sa kanilang MV reactions.

It seems to me that GDK LABEL may have relied on A'TINs and SB19 during their early stages, but once they released a boy group, things appeared to change. This is just my observation, and I might be wrong.

Why are people so disappointed when their ”idols” are less than perfect individuals? They’re still just human after all. I basically listen to them for their music and talents. I don't think GKD is talking about average haters. Every group has haters; it's inevitable and not something worth releasing a statement about, unless it was extreme. So I think they're talking about people in the industry who are trying to sabotage them at a higher level. Maybe because they're foreigners? Idk. Or because they have collabs with reactors? Wala namang problema kung binabayarin or what nila yung reactors - marketing strategy lang yun. Pero I think the reactors should disclose that they were paid or asked to react. Like any (honest) influencer acknowledges if they were sent free products. Otherwise nagiging parang suspicious yung mga reaction nila.
For Alamat, alam ba natin yung idad na member in question when they were in the relationship? 17 ata yung babae; if he was only a couple of years older I don't think that's a problem.

Just spread love, positivity and success of P-Pop Industry. Nung nagcollab ang SB19 at &Team, naging fan na rin ako ng &Team dahil ang galing nilang sumayaw at mababait. Ngaun naman nung nalaman ko na baka magcollab ang SB19 at G22, pinanood ko agad mga performance ng G22. Oo nga para silang SB19 magperform sa stage maangas din at hindi nagsasapawan ng boses.
Kung ako dun sa company.ng alamat ang issue nila sa statement e due to the said issue of the member the group decided to disband to stop further blow out of the mattet and each member will pursue their own path in the future. Ewan ko pa kung maghabol pa.. since disbanded na..so no work,no fame,back from scratch. Specially un member na involved..

Ok what's the issue with GKD? I don't think it's about fanbase ng PPop excluding them, it's probably the OTHER PRODUCTION COMPANIES na walang stake sa PPop. I think since di na nila mapunahan ang SB19 and other PPop groups (with big name backers) these days, naghanap sila ng "mahina", and GKD just happened to be one. It's obvious na a lot of producers don't want PPop to remain because if it really becomes a staple this fast, mahihirapan sila to catch up and it would overtake all entertainment channels, just like how KPop now dominates most Korean entertainment (besides KDrama, of course).
For them, if PPop does become a thing, they have to be the ones holding the reins, not these 'puny upstarts'. If it does boom, these giants want it to be on their own terms. But obviously, because of SB19's precedent and example, PPop has been honed to have an artist's passionate spirit. Pansin niyo ba mga PPop songs are not exactly cookie-cutter songs na basta-basta lang? A lot of PPop songs are meaningful, and that is because of the standard that SB19 has presented. I'm not saying that groups are copying, but that these groups ALL RELATE to the message that SB19 sent out. These groups may be hard-working people but they sure as hell do not allow themselves to be treated as slaves by producers. The current PPop has an undertone of being "indie-inspired".
First and foremost, they are artists. And as long as SB19 stays in the forefront, they hawk-eyed netizens will not allow these groups to be treated as money-milking machines, but the industry's giants don't like players that they cannot control.
So now, besides a few companies and stations that they cannot handle, they aren't actively promoting PPop.
There is also the fact that if PPop does become real, it would generate revenue for the country and stimulate our economy, which certain foreign countries do not want (iykyk). Call me paranoid, but that my dears is basic economics. It's not a conspiracy, it's what companies and politicians do for breakfast, so don't downplay it. You don't have to be paranoid about these things, but you're naive if you think nobody goes that far--because they can actually do worse.
Why do you think underdog pa rin ang PPop after all these years, kahit na PPop groups (especially SB19) have proven their worth? Why do you think they haven't invested in these things yet? Bakit di sila binabalandra everywhere even when they very obviously can generate great revenue? (Inubos nyo nga lightsticks in mere seconds eh.) With a little more exposure, just putting PPop out there, making them intrude the masses' subconscious little by little, magbabago talaga tingin ng mga tao towards PPop in very few weeks. Laissez Faire is only true when there aren't GIANTS controlling an industry, just like how Wall Street does things. But these "giants" (the GOLIATHS) refuse, and you know exactly why--they don't have a stake in it.
The only reason SB19 and PPop continues to this day is because they have luckily amassed a fervent following and kept nurturing and appreciating their fans (exemplified by SB19 na rin). These were tiny miracles that SB19 made possible by biding their time and being patient and then striking and never letting go when what should have been a short virulity presented them an opportunity. This was very much unexpected by the "giants" and since the fans are there already and they tried fighting it to no avail, they just let it be. PPop is merely being tolerated as of the moment, because these giants decided they don't really have a huge impact to their businesses yet. At the same time, they are ALSO trying to ride this train and eventually monopolize it, just like how they have previously monopolized other industries.
The Entertainment Industry is, after all, a business field. That is why it is our duty as consumers and supporters of PPop to support them against these malicious giants. Times have changed our values, it's time for these giants to accept that, because the best trade after all, is always a win-win situation and not predatory management.
