- Found some all wooden clubs. Wanted to see how well I could play with these clubs. Watch until the end to see what I shot.

You need to get you a hickory putter... you would be surprised on how well they do.
I play with those clubs all the time. You could have broken 40. The more you play with them, the more you figure out it's not the clubs that hit that bad shot. Low scores are possible. Play 6300 to 5700 yards for maximum enjoyment. A 6800 yard course is really long. Sandy Lyle played with hickories during a practice round at the masters.
I play 100% hickory golf. The key is not to swing too hard. It's easy to over swing the driver.
I want a set of Hickorys soo bad but I dont want to break them!
They are tougher than you might think. As long as you reset the head to the shaft with epoxy and rehydrate the shafts, they are pretty rock solid. Have played dozens of rounds with my hickories and haven't had real issues with them breaking.

@@BFisherMKE i usually use long and soft noodles. Although most low compression balls also work, such as Callaway super soft or Wilson duo softs.

Been playin with mine 5 years not broke one yet. Might happen next time I play. Modern clubs break too.
