Combining culture, kung fu, travel & friendship is a good recipe for happiness I think.
If movies taught me anything it's that all you need in the montage now is horse stance with teacups on your knees and an 80s rock soundtrack
Every time I hear the word montage I think of Team America!
Jean Claude Van Damme doing the splits on two chairs!
Loved seeing this. There is obviously much more that you could show us, but this definitely sums up your dedication and love for the arts. Continue following your Heart and Passion!! I for one will keep watching your adventures. XieXie for sharing all this.
Excellent montage! It was readily apparent the sparring sessions were not about winning or posing, but of give and take, adding to what was lacking or misunderstood.
Always trying to learn more and improve
Very Nice ‼️ Impressive to see the growth of development as time went on ‼️💥💥💥💥
That mantis is smooth...
Kudoz on your journey! It takes guts, hard work and determination to do that! Impressive 👊
Nice montage there,love it 👍👍👍👍👍
As someone who has been practising the Shaolin arts for 28 years I really appreciate what you have done in terms of bringing authentic Kung Fu styles to the West in such an engaging way.
Thank you!
THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE VIDEO OF YOURS AND THE HUNG GAR #2 . PLEASE DON'T TELL SHIFU MARK HO. 😂 LIKE YOUR WORK, PLEASE KEEP IT UP. SOUTHERN MANTIS AND PAK MEI ARE FIGHTING FOR THE #3 SPOT. TAKE CARE AND BE SAFE.
haha wow, thanks so much!
When I was 18 in the 80s, I was in the Marines taking Shotokan karate getting beat up with no protection lol.
My body hurts now just thinking about it.
Love to see that video. Awesome memories! So happy that you remembered us.
Hey I messaged you on Instagram a few days ago! Is there another way to contact you?
@@MonkeyStealsPeach We don't use much Instagram. Facebook Magic Kervan and whatsapp.
What an adventure! Hope you keep up your enthusiasm in martial arts even as you mature and develop as a person.
thank you!
This is So cool to catch a glimpse into your journey. I could definitely watch the full documentary, and crazy to realize we’re just about the same age. Much respect 🙏
Haha thanks man! That’s most of my old footage unfortunately. Never thought about filming stuff until much later
Awesome! Great stuff! :)
Good flow I can clearly see your progression and you learn real Kung Fu.. keep up the journey to perfection

It’s wonderful to see someone (you) grow in the Kung Fu World 🥰 studied for 48yrs., in Southern Gung Fu 😵💫Still can’t fight 😳🤗😬
I was thinking about vlogging my experience in China too. Create some UA-cam shorts showing my progress. Amass my own little following 😁
Yea, you should! I'd love to see what you get up to
Really cool and inspiring. I didn't know you had also tried Sanda.

@@MonkeyStealsPeach Do you think combat sports can be useful in learning martial arts, or do you think traditional training alone is better?
Of course combat sports are great! You can test yourself under pressure and find out what works.
