I thought you should know that in Kenya if your jailed less than 2 years that is 730 days .. they count days and nights . Hence you'll serve 1 year . on years that we have leap year you will be lucky because you will serve less days..as In prison a full day is counted as two days.. since it's day and night.. I don't know if it applies to persons jailed more than 2 years
