Been waiting anxiously for these Mizuno iron reviews because I currently play the 2013 ez and was curious how the new version would perform. They look great but there was a huge distance gap between good strikes and bad ones. Plus they had a rather clippy sound. I of course will still test them out and compare my results to yours. Again, thanks for the interesting reviews. You forgot to mention that in England but NOT the United States, you can purchase upgraded shafts, including graphite, for no up charge. In the U.S. Graphite shafts cost between 100 and 200 more than steel. You guys are lucky, lucky, lucky.
+Eugene marchetti Same deal here in Australia with the shafts about $100 difference. I was fitted for these (Forged) by Mizuno here in Oz and found no real difference between good and bad shots yardage wise that's with the JPX EZ Forged with Boron not sure about the cast iron version hit them but didn't like the feel but the feel with the Forged with Boron version is like hitting a pillow....Seriously soft feel just ordered mine can't wait till they arrive. Good luck.
I am so grateful that I do not need these kind of clubs anymore. Changed from Ping G25 to Titleist 716 CB (yes, custom fitted).
Thanks for the video. The guy doing the computer looked cold :)
