This is Actually... GOOD?! Is C2 in it's Prime!?

Captain America just got a rework and he seems like he might belong in a Cerebro 2 shell! I'm not entirely sure it's better than the previous C2 lists, but it does feel quite solid for me so far! I'm really liking that you can have a lot more power output due to iron man and magik giving you that extra turn.

Let's be realistic, changing Captain America sucks, "supposedly a little better", but after such an iconic character that waited so long for a buff, I seriously expected more. Currently, I could probably consider it only in Ongoing Spectrum decks, but honestly I still prefer Punisher for 3 energy...
