Hi, I saw a lot of people asking about measurements so I will share mine as I really like the result I got) My plant hanger starts with 5 knots, The distance between them and the beginning of Josephine knots is 31 cm; The distance between the rows of Josephine knots is 3cm; And the distance between Josephine knots and the Gathering knot is 5 cm; The falls are 30ish cm. I hope this helps someone, but slightly changing the measurements to fit your pot is always a good idea)
Thank you! I started with macramé this summer and have already followed several of your tuturiols. They are easy to follow and the result is always amazing! I especially loved this design, I made three of them with light pink yarn that I will gift to family members 😊
Would it be possible to give us a measurement as to where to start the Josephine knot, even how many times the knots are done at the top. Good visual on how to do knots, but it would be helpful to have measurements. Thanks
I love all of these. Have you ever done a hanger without anything hanging from the bottom? A kind of cat proof, if there is such a thing, plant hanger? Have you by any chance done a tutorial on it if you have made one.
Hi ! I love this! Its so classy! Could you possibly give the correct length for this project and the measurements from the bottom of the top section of knots to where we'd start the lower Josephine Knots please? So appreciate your videos. This one is just a bit confusing. Thank you!! x

Thank you for the tutorial. I just wish the number of knots and measurements were indicated. The distance of the starting point for the josephine knot wasn’t even mentioned.
Any way you can list put how many times you repeat the same knots? I'm a beginner and I'm pausing a lot and rewinding to make sure I got it right and I've already lost track of how many starter knots you do.
I have a large 12inch pot. I would like to make a hanger for it. Do you have ideas for measurements for larger pots? Thank you :) I subscribed today ...very nice channel!
Although the pattern is beautiful, the measurements are not accurate and you don't get a nice plant hanger with these instructions. There is no enough rope to leave space from the top nots to the josephine notes. It is way too short. The ropes should be at least 400 cm with if you want to do 5 of the top nots.
Mine came out really small (started with 7 knots at the top). It will be fine for a succulent, but I wish I had added 50cm to each string to get something a bit larger.
Can make this full hanger with 99 inch long rope..? Because i saw when finish first task rope was finish..that was just tutorial..? Plz reply..i will make it tomorrow..that's why i need clearity..
I made this hanger following exact measurements and number of knots. Although a beautiful hanger not a practical length. Since I already cut the cord at 99 inches I reworked the pattern. I eliminated a row of crown knots and the top row of Josephine knots to make a roomier hanger. A 6” pot fits nicely in it now. The tutorial was excellent as always with Macrame School.
@@rosegonzalez4539 Hi Rosie, I hope you see this as its been over a year since you posted this reply. Can you give me an idea of how much rope SHOULD be cut for this? I'd love to try this but the length seems a bit off. at the 5.58 mark, the remaining rope is much shorter than at the 6 minute mark. What's the actual length you need?
Saludos

I too thought so only watching the video. But it's lovely, the pattern.
The measurements worked perfectly well for me
I did 270 cm to make sure I had some extra just in case and it was more than enough
Shoooooooooooooowwwwwww Shoooooooooooooowwwwwww magnifico. excelente trabalho
Lindo!! vc é excelente tutorial. Obrigada.
Hola, tengo una duda. Después de todos los repeat, ¿cuantos cm dejas antes de empezar con Josephine? Gracias.
Yo tambien tengo la misma pregunta. Sera cerca de los 35-40 cm para empezar los nudos josephine?
Thanks. Dhanyawad 🙏🎉
Before I do this one, I have a question. Would an eight inch pot fit ?
Amazing! Thanks ❤️
