For cauliflower 65 I recommend to NOT use lemon juice in the batter. Lemon becomes toxic once heated. It also gives off a bitter taste. All nutrients in it get killed off. As such it is better to squeeze it after the 65 has been fried ^^. The citrus flavor will also cut through the grease.
Sir how to prepare the cooked rice, which should not be sticky... Bcoz whenever I prepare the cooked rice for lemon rice, etc... It becomes soggy or sticky... (Uthiri uthiriyaa varavillai)
