@@slaydao.g9650 the T10 is the top of range W-King in asia and its easily the best sounding W-King to date. Just for a comparison, the T10 shits on the Go Play with one eye closed. Its even more expensive than the Go Play here so you do the math.
I took the metal screens off both of these and measured the outside woofer foam surround dimension. The T9 is only about 1/4" larger. Likely it's 10 watts more per driver vs D9. The ported and larger enclosure will allow for more bass to be present. Hopefully one day W-King with release a larger partybox version to compete with the JBL 310 or even the 1000. I have one JBL 1000 and I'm going to use 2 T9s for the stereo field like monitors. The 1000 will be the big boy out front. The T9 20 watt increase only amounts to about 6db of loudness increase. That's louder but not nearly loud enough for outdoors. The wide open outdoors simply swallows up dbs and watts like Godzilla.
@@alexlittig7927 I'm returning mine and buying a second JBL1000 since outdoors is the place I really need it. I thought about the 310 but it's 240 watts each and the 1000 is 1,100 watts. The outdoors just swallows up loudness plus dbs are only 1/3 of watts. 20 watts more is only 6 dbs more. Plus I don't want any with internal batteries since I have a lithium power station. Changing that is enough. My D9s fit on the bike so I use them for really small venues.
@@davlippo7 for me since I live in an apartment complex the 310 is even overkill. It can shake every wall at the same time lol. Anything more would just result in noise complaints.

One day I'll get 2 JBL 1000s but for now I'm using 2 D9s and the 1000 together. Using the D9s more as stereo stage monitors. Not sure it's worth upgrading to the T9s just for 40 watts more which is 13dbs more for $200. A pair for $350 to $500 each for JBLs I might as well get one more 1000.
From what i heard the D9 and T9s are similar in volume output but the T9 has deeper bass and smoother mids and highs which can give it the illusion of not as loud and shouty like the D9.
I tested the modes again on the T9 and it seems like treble is not lost or muffled in bass (indoor) mode vs outdoor mode. However the overall sounds gets harsh in the outdoor mode. It wasn't pleasant to listen to at any volume. The default indoor mode is the only mode that sounds good IMO. A truly good hi fi speaker sounds great at all volumes and/or modes. Still it's a great deal if you can get one around $100. The bass has been improved but the tweeter is the same I think or not been improved. That's where they should focus next. Listener fatigue happens when the sound is harsh or unpleasant. It might sound better in TWS. 2 full range drivers (L/R) should not share the same cavity while playing in stereo or they compete against each other for the same air flow. Not much stereo anyway with the drivers too close together on a single speaker. Does it play 2 channels as a single speaker? Not sure but I'd assume so.

@@samdorais4160 they said within a few weeks of the x10 if I could share screenshot on here of email I would man but I swear that's what they said they also said next week being rught now since email was last week that they'd release the x10 and if ya look on amazon it's the one for 116 and 18 off will be back in stock on may2nd they had a few in stock today but gone now and earlier they didnt have that 18 off coupon but they said that would happen then few weeks later d10 then couple months later a waterproof t9 and man im just a worker in mn married with 3 kids so no reason for me to bs people but that's what it said and like I said there x10 is on there and was in stock earlier today but again it's one for 116 and no image but if ya click on it and scroll down there is images of it and it looks badass asked them about it they said sound is similar to d9 but with much deeper bass

This thing is mad bass. I can't go past level 1 at work. It gets to bassy. I don't want to disturb my coworkers.

Yes definitely not on the level of the 310. The 310 is my biggest speaker. Its unbelievable. I measured it down to 27 hz which surprised me.

I have both as well. It has a little bit more of everything over the D9. I wish it had a little deeper base though. Great video. 🔥

As far as Bass goes.. The D9 Updated Firmware holds it's own. If you want louder, more rich clarity.. spend a Lil more for T9. Both are Amazing 👏

I have 2 D-8s and love them but my new T9 is a much better speaker. Sounds really impressive for the price.

Of course but I can't use it for UA-cam. There are bass songs I like that get me in trouble with the neighbors witho some of my bigger speakers.
