- Dr. Gupta and a representative from the Make-A-Wish Foundation (Lauren Lapkus) meet with a terminally ill boy, but the things he wants to do before he dies makes them both very uncomfortable.

How did we not predict that Peele would become a horror director
First, because people never want to take comedy seriously- which, I mean, kinda makes sense but still - and dont think comedians can do other things (like South Park doing musicals, even tho they started as doing musicals, or Jim Carey's drama roles)
Second, because people do kinda associate horror directors as typically being old white dudes and horror stories as mostly about white people, both monsters and victims/heroes. (although there is a lot of amazing Black history in film and even more new stuff)
Third, because he was on TV and it's seen as lesser than film, so you dont usually expect that transition (although that is a normal transition)

Okay but can we just complement Key for nailing the Indian accent? He didn't overdo it or stereotype for the sake of comedy and he actually sounds like an Indian.
Key is known for being able to play almost any race and ethnicity very accurately

I absolutely love Make-A-Wish. Back In 1994, I was a cancer patient at St. Jude, and I wanted my own computer like they had in my school computer labs (which was very expensive at the time). They got me a brand new Apple computer, and carted it straight into my hospital room. I'll never forget sitting there on the hospital bed playing Math Blaster!
