Besides the facial expression not being as preferred and the hairless arms I love what I'm seeing with this figure, wolverine is my all time favorite and this is a home run release, thanks for giving it your coverage!

Finally got mine, it’s fucking perfect, comic accurate to a tee. This IS Wolverine. Goes perfect with my classic Spidey I got too recently from Hot Toys which is also amazing.
They look amazing together. Both in their comic accurate outfits. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Now I just need Deadpool, Punisher, Moon Knight and Ghost Rider.

Fox teased us this costume in The Wolverine then proceed to make it a deleted scene 😂
That’s why fox got bought out. They didn’t know how to handle it all. Yes they made some great movies. But mcu made every one realize you can use comic accurate costumes and make it work. Fox even used costumes in first class. And they looked great. I don’t know why they didn’t just go full costume on him. Owed it to hugh if anything

This is one of the few comic book figures that I like, I like the lines in his costume, makes it more "real", I would have been better that it came with a angry head sculpt.

You can tuck in the top part of the claw underneath the notch of his gauntlet to prevent it from falling

If you bring the gauntlet down they will hold the claw pieces in place. But like you said, magnets would've been a great addition.

My absolute favorite suit more so than the Legendary (Brown) Suit

I bought one second hand and the claws fall frequently when I move the hands. Big design flaw in my opinion. They should have used magnets.

My biggest gripes with this guy is the mask wings not sticking out to the sides enough. He looks great from the side, but not as good straight forward. The claws falling off too easily is pretty annoying, too.
I also wish the tiger stripes were a bit thicker, too. I’m also super picky bc Wolvie was my favorite X-Man, too. Great to have a 1/6 comic Wolvie, though!

One of those figures that just make you say “damn”. Amazes me we haven’t got this outfit in live action yet (the end of the Wolverine doesn’t count as he didn’t put it on) but I’m confident when the MCU introduces the X-Men we will get this suit for sure.
One day I’ll buy a hot toys, just not something I want to start collecting as they’re quite out of my price range, and I’ll likely only have one or two and it’ll probably be a Batman and the Joker. Love your reviews man, but that goes without saying have a good day!

Love classic looks but when companies start adding in extra detail and taking creative liberties with the designs i immediately get turned off lol it's like they take all this time making a figure that's /almost/ decent.
Most of the customers that do get them don't like it either and complain about all the extra details and resort to modding to make the figure as it should have been

I’ve tried switching the head sculpt with the older one but it’s not possible because the older one is not a ball joint it’s like a long cylinder in which you slide in the head. The best you can do is place the head on top without actually attaching it.

Not sure if you caught this on the claws: they're labeled "L" or "R" on the inside. They fall out slightly less when they're on the correct hand, but I still have to pull down the wrist bracer (whatever it's called) to keep them firmly in place.
Yes I made sure to put them on the correct sides

If you still have the claw problem, I have a solution. If your wife has some clear nail polish, get that and coat whatever is supposed to be holding the in whether it’s those tab things or just the square itself, coat is and it will help add some friction. If that doesn’t help, blue tac will work

I made the mistake of not ordering from ToysWonderland (I Don’t Know what i was thinking) but I had ordered the SooSoo Toys Daredevil Right after Justin Posted the video

I glued the claws to the closed fists so i didnt have to worry about them falling. Sucks but it has been ok now that i dont have to worry about them falling. I dont use the other hand scults

You're right. Sideshow should've definitely given us hairy arms and an aggressive head sculpt with this figure. I personally won't be collecting this line of figures. Mezco did a much better job with the 90's X-Men line which is why I'm collecting that line instead.

it would be really awesome if somebody had a custom hugh jackman head sculpt with the mask, nevertheless, this is an awesome figure and i wish i could get one someday... btw, comic accurate wolverine is five feet and three inches tall
There are plenty to choose from but this isn’t Jackman to me, its the animated one

I do find the scratches on the shoulder pieces and nowhere else odd. They could've made a smart move money wise in making a battle damaged version, with lots of scratches, rips and scuff marks.

Great review as always. I think the lack of hair on the arms is really missing a character trait. Although I can see why, sculpting it in would look odd and maybe painting it would make it look like a “toy”.
