Sega-93 is a pads sample pack for use in Jungle, Atmospheric DnB and Breakcore music. Sounds for artists such as Tokyopill, Black Balloons and Imogen Heap. Inspired by Playstation 2 games, 2000s aesthetic/culture and the JungleJungle sample CDs. Video by Chris the Scientist.

Indeed! These older/classic genres influence a lot of the music released today. So it’s definitely made a comeback, always got love for jungle
The breakbeats aint gone, breaks are used in modern jungle/ nee jump up and rollers ..
you need to do your research bro. Blu Mar Ten?? as in the group that made that free sample pack which is just snippets of already made jungle tunes, all lazy producers use that pack… Kid Lib been all over it for 10 plus years. Plus plenty others. Sub Code, Future Retro ect ect

I noticed there wasn't too much of these kind of sounds available, so the goal was to try and create something that producers would actually find useful. Also all of these are free to use and don't require any credit in tracks.

I am not a producer nor was I a teen in the 90s rave scene--just an avid lover of Jungle and DnB :) What are some of your favorite mixes, Chris? Always have loved Gachet's Elite Sounds!
Ah there are too many to name! I mostly grew up on Jungle compilation CDs, that my Dar would play in the car as we drove through London. Alongside hearing the Pirate radio stations that would come in as we entered certain zones

Hey! So all the pad sounds are completely free to use in any of your tracks/beats and require no credit :)
(They're not allowed to be resold/used in another sample pack etc, but that's obvious, so pls use them in any of your musical tracks)

hey, i have a question! are the files for other daws as well as fl studio or just fl studio?
basically are they in mixed formats? (garageband user here)
They work in all DAWs, as they’re WAV files. So you can drop them into GarageBand and use them just the same
