The Boss on a Journey

In the parable of the talents, the master gave the servants goods of great value which they couldn't have accessed under normal circumstances.
The first two servants were wise, they valued what they received and made it appreciate in volumn and value. When the master returned from his trip, he called all three servants to account and rewarded them accordingly.
Likewise, God who is our master gave us the most valuable gift ever; His life. And like the master in the parable, He expects us to value this gift and treat it with honour.
Like the master in the parable, God also expects to enjoy great return on investment (ROI) from our lives. He expects us to be faithful to him and honour him with our time, our commitment, the substance of our pockets, and all else.
Without fail, as was revealed in the parable, one day, each of us will be called to give account of the life that was entrusted to us by God and in that day, we too will be rewarded accordingly.
