The Romans made already existing techniques perfect. I don't think they invented anything new except for cement and arched shapes, but they had great achievements. I think there is nothing undiscovered about ancient Roman constructions.But these things seem to be still an enigma even for modern engineers.
@@filipinskioro what enigma do you have in mind? Transportation? Sculpture similarities?, Direction they were face and or positioned on the island? Name one thing Roman or modern engineers can't understand how or why Moai was done?

I read somewhere that the Easter Island people used the same alphabet as the inhabit as the lost civilization called the "Harappa" along the Indus River in Northern Pakistan. Boston's Museum of Fine Art is said to possess a large collection of Harappan manuscripts but I don't think they want people to come and study them.
