@58:08 Oh my goodness, I didn't know that people may soften brown sugar by putting an apple in it! I would eat that pumpkin pie and wonder why I'm having an allergic reaction. Thank you for that information.

I never buy brown sugar. I mix my granulated sugar with however much black strap molasses needed to achieve the light or darkness needed for the recipe.

Navy beans instead of pumpkin or squash works too just more cloves ...
I turn it up for raw pie shell to 500 for five to 6 minutes the down to 350 ...then my noise knows...😊
All spices however I belive there's an actual nut that tastes clovy and nutmegy not so much cinnamony...😊it's Mexican I believe
