    Thanks for the update. There's one improvement that you can make is to "group" the sub categories instead of "hiding" them. That makes the manager happier.

    hello, love this! how would i adjust my cash forecast if I were to convert clients from a net 30 term to net 90 term?

    I’m confused from 5:18. When I add numbers to my money in it isn’t automatically populating the months in the opening balance like it did when you put in £500 under owners capital. HELP!

      You need to add a formula to take the previous months closing balance.

    Same with Merchant and Postage (B23,B24 - C23,C24)...?

    Hi, thanks for posting this, its helping me do my business plan. i followed everything until you went from closing balance in april to opening balance for the next month. i keep rewatching it, but i just can see what you did to link the two

      When starting a new month use the closing balances of the previous month for the opening balances of the current. Delete any other data on the spread sheet but obviously do not delete any formulas. On the P&L you will need to delete sales info - everything else will be updated automatically. Hope this helps.
