@@splashdownuk1 On top of the very helpful info provided by Intamre Ksanigeis. This site is the only site I came across after reading through five that have a short description of the leg movement. The ceremonial movements are slow to help blood circulation as they’ve been standing 60mins COMPLETELY motionless.
