Netflix keep doing this to shows I watch. Im starting to loose faith in them. They make great shows and get people hooked but then cancel them despite the fans love of them. It's getting ridiculous now.

The writers really should not have alienated half the fanbase - they flat out admitted they removed "all undertones of darklina" smh. Darklina + crows together could have gotten the renewal

i don’t feel like fighting after what they did in season 2 it’s very sad, i wish we got the six of crows spin off, it would be the PERFECT moment to switch and focus only on soc, but leigh bardugo decided to leave production so she could get back to writing books im just sad
blame it on malina. Those two together were boring. Alina should have had more scenes by herself. And also scenes with Ben - they helped bring so many ppl to see s1

shadow and bone and six of crows have good representation. queer characters, characters of color, disabled characters. this story means so much and netflix chose to not continue it. this story saves lives. do better netflix

Well you have the main reason it was cancelled in your first frame...the writers tried too hard to shove Mal in the audiences face. The writing was so bad and obvious, it felt like the writers were boring Sunday school teachers trying to lecture kids. General audience doesn't want that. That's why s1 which focused on both the Crows and darklina succeeded and drew in so many non-book viewers.

Maybe it was the actor, because i often found myslef rooting for the darkling and well, it helped that Ben Barnes was the one playing him. It felt like Hen was carrying the show for me and once he extied the show i fail to feel any intrest in the show anymore...plus Nerf lx does this so often i got used to it. I cancelled my subscription very long time ago. They always had show i don't want to see they took out the ones that i wanted and were popular, (not produced by them, but popular). It git to a point where i was asking myslef why the hell am i paying? Now i watch their show on different platforms that are free to watch and same quality. Netflix is not worth yiur money, you can always find same shows for free somewhere else

Representation is great but if representation goes beyond "inclusion" to the detriment of the storyline....it was terrible Season 1 was great story about sacrifice, love and lost ..........and redemption, ALL lost in season 2 raunchy BeeEss...............why?

Not surprised. Kasey from whatsonnetflix analyzed the numbers and said it was going to be cancelled just one month after s2's release. It did not do good numbers - just barely better than Fate Winx which was cancelled. Looking over their article made me realize cancellation was imminent
