He refused to print it because of the copyright notice. I offhandedly mentioned that to the client on the next shoot, and told her that copies never look as good as originals. Since then I use a paper that makes fantastic prints but doesn't well.
I've been looking for smallish multipage fold out brochures like you have. I've wanted them for awhile. However, Whitewall, Whitehouse, Miller's, etc. don't have them and won't make them. Bayphoto makes them but they did such a lousy job on the album I had them make I won't use them again, for anything. If you have a source for these in 2021 please let me know.

An artist need to know who he or she is and what they want to do before they can develop a brand (self clarity). For example, I listen to several types of music. But if I could sing well (which I can't) I'd sing just one type of music in a style that resonates with my personality. John Denver didn't sing acid rock. Johnny Cash didn't sing opera.
