I will never tire of Sullivan making the whole episode stop for 30 seconds because he dropped one of the funniest lines in human history
Non-chalantly too, just says the funniest things and expects us to move one.
Genuinely one of the funniest human beings on the planet
It really hurts the video when none of it is that funny.
He’s a treasure.
Sullivan has to be the happiest person in UK. He is ALWAYS LAUGHING.
My fav thing on Wrestletalk, Sullivan laughing so hard he sounds like he is having an asthmas attack from the level of wheezing occurring
Fellow TOH enjoyer spotted
Nice pfp
And his face turning tomato red in the process lmao
I never connected “Rack Attack” to breasts. I always just assumed it was because the move starts in a Torture Rack
Me too
I think that was partially the point
Remember this was Divas Era Women Division with Vince and Lauranitis at their objectively WORST booking regarding the female division
So of course they’ll pull a more subtler naming method
By using a double meaning word
Damnit, this activated my Siri!!
10:00
Rikishi's Stinkface should NOT be on the list...
It's a SIGNATURE MOVE NOT A FINISHER!!!!
His finisher is either the Banzai Drop or the Rikishi Driver.
Yeah, it's kinda like a 5-Knuckle Shuffle
Awfully rude of Pete to insult Karrion Kross's finisher when he's sitting right across the table from him.
What ?
@@prathammishra69 Sullivan
STF stands for
Step-Over
Toehold
Face-Lock
Thank you for this. Them seemingly not knowing the original name of the move and realizing that WWE just added the U was bugging the hell out of me.
I assumed they know, and were just joking around... right?
Yes but when cena used to call it the stfu it didn't stand for "step over toehold face lock up"
Hence the joke, and I honestly can't tell if this is just trolling
@@stuartpenzer773i think it is the opposite of it was the STF and Cena took advantage of that to fit his character by naming it the STFU
@@kirbyr1473 they obviously do but are just joking
I'm now gonna yell "Shut the F**k" from now on.
Thank you Sullivan for your absolute brilliance! 😂
The Miz slander is insane. It's not 2010, the Miz has turned out to be an incredible mid card hand that can really do it all.
At this point I think it’s just a case that everything from his cash in to Mania 27 to Mania 28 where he was in that multi tag match with no real story involved
Led to just Miz being poison to them since generally everything involved was crap to them, and they had a decent argument since anyone looking back will say the BEST thing he did was his promo he did where he torn into Rock and Cena for ignoring him going into Mania 27, cause he objectively had a good point
The "Skull Crushing Finale" for a "Professional Wrestling" finishing move actually makes sense. It's got the same idea of taking an unprotected face bump like the "Pedigree", just that it has a longer way down till impact. Jericho was the first person I saw do it. On a side note, The Headshrinkers used to do a double-team variation of this idea and it looked devastating. Look it up.

Tempest calling Lacey Evans the most BRITISH WORD EVER is hilarious 😂
Last thing I expected him to say 🤣👌
I'm amazed he was allowed to get away with that one.
Why did he call her that anyway?
@@thornside13 Knowing Tempest, it's probably for a good reason 😂🤣
Not only that, but he pronounced it correctly! Most Canadians or Americans would say "twot".
Tells you how long he's lived in England now
If John Blud made this list, you KNOW the Overdrive would be at number one.
You damn right
Nah, that's Jawwny's favourite move.
Damn you I was coming here to type that.
The best part about Byron's finisher is Dolph yelling in the background "I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT WAS!"
Skull Crushing Finale would hurt at least
Also just looked up the Byron Saxton Finisher, funniest thing I’ve seen today
Fun Fact About the finisher "The Cobra" : Its the most protected move of the list, even more the the studder, the rock bottom, perigee, even the tombstone piledriver. Only one person has ever kicked out of the cobra... and that person was Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) at 2012 Elimination Chamber..
Not exactly. Daniel Bryan is the only person to have kicked out of the Cobra with the cobra sock on. People have kicked out of the cobra without the sock.
it is funny to think that sock-on Cobra has had the same about of kickouts as Baron Corbin's End of Days
Yeah Adam covered this fact in one of his videos, I think it was about kickouts
I don't think the Stinkface is a finisher. I can't remember Rikishi ever winning directly from a Stinkface.
I always considered it a signature move for him but not his finisher.
Yeah, I thought Rikishi's finisher was that over the shoulder sitting piledriver drop he did.
Him never winning directly from it proves how bad a finisher it is really
@@GamrinDinkOutSwingingbecause it's not dumbfuck, it's a gag spot. 😂 his finisher was the banzai drop and the rikishi drive
@GamrinDinkOutSwinging That's because the Stinkface wasn't a finisher! It was a comedy spot, like Goldust's Shattered Dreams. Rikishi used the Sitout Tombstone Piledriver or Banzai Drop to win matches.
Byron Saxton's finisher was called the "Saxtonation", if I remember correctly
Definitely makes it worse
"I Don't Even Know What That Was" is a better name.
You are correct it's called the Saxtonation
@@kevinfinney4746 oh really? That's not a bad name NGL.
It was. I was about to comment it.
Creative: "So Khali, what do you want your finisher to be?"
Khali: "HASSAN CHOP!!!"
6:01 Jimmy Uso: " *I see this as an absolute win* "
Anyone would love that
The whole reason karrion does the pump handle is to annoy people on the internet
We need an intro that goes
1st guy: Tables
2nd guy: Lists
3rd guy: and Chairs
2nd guy: and Chairs
1st guy: and Chairs.
And Stairs
And care bears
And Flairs
Camera op: Also have you potentially considered the inclusion of chairs?
And... DARES.
Surprised at thr hate for Skull Crushing Finale as I quite enjoy the move. Removing all your opponents limbs so you can smash their face into the ground.
Each to their own though, it's why this topic is awesome! Great video and I'm only halfway through.
I think Nikki called it the rack attack cuz they're up in a torture rack before she drops down.
Remember both who was booking the women and what Era it was
I’m pretty sure it was a case of trying to be subtle with a word with double meanings
Sullivan is a contagious type of Jolly. If he doesn't become a mall santa when he's older, it's a huge missed opportunity.
I can't believe Del Rio's "sit up so I can stomp on you" finisher wasn't #1
I was waiting on this as well
Haha yah thats terrible
Same as Strickland.
I know a lot of people hate Cena’s finishers, but I don’t hate Cena’s finishers; call it nostalgia.
Khali’s Chop has to be the worst finisher; Charlotte’s big boot is also up there for me
I quite like The Skull Crushing Finale.
I don't *love* it, but I like it.
It's super safe, it can be hit on anyone, it never injured anyone taking or delivering it, and yet it is believable as a match-ender, because your arms are held back and you can't protect your head.
It's complicated enough that you don't think: "Why didn't you do that at the start of the match? (Like The Women's Right)" And it's not so complicated that you don't think: "Why didn't you do something simpler?" (As is the case with the Saxtonator.)
close. it was called Saxtonation.
@@lime7494 the shame! How could I forget that iconic name 🤣❤️
@@apocrypha5363 very, very easily
Also why not pick Jarretts Stroke. It's almost the same but goofier
I mean the SCF is basically Jeff Jarretts stroke with a full nelson put into it.....not a soul complaing about that tho...
When Sullivan is not laughing, his face changes.
He seems a completely different person 😂
Sully mocking Bastion Booger might be my new favourite thing on this channel 😂
_OooooOOOOOOooooooOOOOOoooooOOOOOoooooh_
@@djwilson1993 *Orson Welles voice* "I.... am, the uh boogermaaan"
If you watch the one clip of Byron Saxton's finisher, which was called "The Saxonation", Dolph Ziggler yells out "I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS!"
I'm gonna steal a joke from that video about Byron Saxton's finisher. It's called the "Straight to Commentary."
Skull Crushing Finale? You don't need to like the move, but in no realm is slamming somebody's head to the ground with your body weight a terrible finisher 😂
The thing is that right when he's SUPPOSED to slam the person's head down, he half-switches to a weird leg sweep, which just makes the move look odd.
@@AzureRoxemost of the time it looks perfectly fine. No where near the top 10 worst finishers
They hate the miz. They'll try to mention it every second.
Forward Russian leg sweep
yeah, this and the AA hate is the thing i will never understand from older Pro Wrestling fans. like for this list i get that personal grief toward miz and cena are a factor but really? those moves you think are worse than the rear view? or Del Rio's dumb middle rope stomp you counter by just letting go of the ropes? or hell the overdrive?
like i know its just me being a casual that i don't see the STF as any different from any other face lock/cross face anyone else does. but like really, the weird, decades long grievances with ultimately popular moves/wrestlers are just so weird to me.
Byron Saxton's finisher was called the "Saxtonation." I love that clip solely for Chris Masters' reaction
Frankly along with the skull crushing finale, any move which is just grabbing someone’s head and driving it down is on my personal list. Ambrose’s dirty deeds, Bayley’s rose…tip or plant I think they called it, and LA Knight’s BLT. They’re all so same-y. I don’t get how everyone rags on a superkick, but multiple people having slight variations on head driving moves is glossed over. Moxley’s death rider is a much better example, turning a DDT into something way more threatening.
Hogan's Leg Drop is ESPECIALLY bad when you realize he had the Axe Bomber in Japan that was SO MUCH BETTER. ALSO, Hogan (who would always brag about his "24-inch pythons") using a CLOTHESLINE as a finisher just makes sense.
ESPECIALLY with how objectively OVER lariats are in Japan
WHERE HE TRAINED FIRST
And where he teamed with STAN HANSEN ONE THE GREATS WITH THAT MOVE!
….oh and of course the whole “screwed his back straight to hell from using the damn drop to much”
I loved using create-a-finisher to make the stupidest, most convoluted finishers I could. Bring it back!
There is a compilation of every time Byron Saxton performed his finisher which is called the Saxtonation
It’s 47 seconds long
And 40 of it is just the setup
I don't think Rikishi has ever won a match with the stink face so it's not really a finisher
The Byron Saxton finisher shall now be known as the "I Don't Even Know What That Was"
How does anyone think putting Sullivan in a room with other people will result in work getting done but somehow it does.
The fact the 5th move of doom isn't on this list is a crime.
The reason it call a trip to the batcave is a dingle berry reference
24:28
Wrestling commentary when my Mom walks in 🤦🏻♂️😂
All I'm saying, The Miz has something because have you seen his wife....
By all accounts he's a good dude. Tempest has worked himself into disliking him in real life
@@dastardlywunTempest worked himself into a shoot with the miz
Saxton's move was called the Saxtination
Honourable mentions should go to the three finishers Braun Strowman had before the running power slam (that standing triangle choke thing, that weird dominator variant and, worst of the three, the inverted choke slam)
Karrion Kross did the F10 to Tyler Bate this Smackdown. I wish that will be his new Finisher.
Same. He’s done it like twice before in NXT and it looked great both times, and he’s done it to Darby Allin in an indie match, and I swear to god I could hardly count the amount of rotations Darby got😂
Miz is not great by any means, but he’s worked his ass off to build a successful career/brand. I respect that. And, his name is Mike Mizanin. Hence… The Miz.
They know that, but it's still a ridiculous thing to call yourself. It'd be like Sullivan wrestling as "The Sull" -- the logic is there, but the name still stinks.
@@venividiarrevederci4461 but that's the point? It's ridiculous and stupid so you hate it. It's like when the miz wore the bandanna and fedora combo cause he knew it looked stupid and that people would hate it.
@@venividiarrevederci4461….. It’s no more silly than “The Rock”.
@@NeatoBurrito05 You're not wrong, but intentionally awful is still awful.
@@bazza656 Well if the argument is that wrestling names are all a bit ridiculous, fair and agreed. But there are levels, and I think making a noun out of a syllable that is not, in fact, a word, is down there among the sillier things a person can be called.
People don’t like the AA?
That’s people being blinded by hating Cena, because there’s no way that’s a bad finisher.
It’s a massive man, throwing other people over his head, from his shoulders, to the floor. That’s a power bomb from another position…
It's literally a transition move for other wrestlers. It's just a fishermans carry elevated a bit
It's very basic.
@@ojasjain7977 "Elevated a bit", the guy flips them over...
It's like saying The Last Ride is just a slightly high drop of person. Plus, a clothesline is used by nearly everyone, yet Okada does that for his finish. It's about what the person does with it.
Death Valley Drivers have been and still are finishers to this day, it’s not the best most impressive out there but it’s iconic and can be done on everyone
@@J_TevoOkada at least has the whip effect involved to get it more uniqueness, a flashy transition to the hit, and physics involved with how fast it happens to it being done in a way that it’s hard to block like straight ones are or dodge
The AA is just a slam that only looks impressive because of how strong Cena is and because it’s ALWAYS done after a sequence of multiple moves
Unless it’s the “Super” variant done off of a higher place and/or onto something harder or collapsible
There’s also the whole “there’s no real lock” on the person bit so unless they are out of it, I see no reason his opponents can’t just elbow or knee the crap out of his head since there is nothing stopping them
The STFU censor should have been the STA = Stop the Attitude.
Pay dirt/ the lie detector/ oblivion is the worst finisher ever because it hurts the user far more than the opponent.
The lie detector is a different move, r-truth's version of the complete shot was called little Jimmy
The Lie Detector is a forearm smash.
For Booger, all I can gather is boogers are sometimes called "bats in the cave" and maybe something something pole to the Batcave.
about the STF, i am like 80% sure it looks so bad because he once knocked Edge out with it and now it’s a test hold at best
This is the exact reason, it’s not the hold itself, it’s that his muscle were too big. So when he was putting pressure on their neck he was legitimately stopping blood flow to the head. Edge said that the only thing he remembers after that was a ladder going towards his face. He was out of it in that match
Kross does the pump handle part to troll everyone, he said it in an interview.😂 Yes, the pump handle is unnecessary, but the move itself is not bad.
I’m surprised that Del Rio’s finisher wasn’t mentioned? I mean the opponent has to hold on to the rope and wait for him to do the move.
Sullivan is the best. He’s having so much fun.
Byron Saxton's finisher is called the Saxtonation and yes its the worst finisher 😅
Kross' finisher is called the Final Prayer, same thought when I first saw it. It does look like a Create-a-Finisher move
Sullivan came up with a good idea for a future episode with that Miz name comment. You should do a worst wrestling names list.
Was the Rack attack actually named after a rack though? I never connected to that and always correlated it to a torture rack which was indeed the setup
With both the Era the Bellas worked during alongside who was booking the women back then…I can easily see it with them using a double meaning word to be “clever”
I was shocked that nobody had The Bronco Buster, the Shake Rattle N' Roll, the Heart Punch, or that stupid submission Crush did where he would squeeze his opponent's head on their list
I had to look up Solomon Crowe, Karrion Kross and Byron Saxton's finishers and yep they're pretty butts
Nah son, the cobra is one of the best as far as joke finishers go. If Tempest placed it at 9 or 10, then I could agree.
His defense of his #10 was its just a punch and Lacey Evans is a twat. I dont think he thought too hard about his reasoning, just spit out what he didn't like.
This is the most off the rails you guys have ever been….. And I love every second of it!!
PETE YOU MADE ME NEVER LOOK AT THE FIVE KNUCKLE SHUFFLE THE SAME AGAIN 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ALSO I WAS HOWLING WHEN SULLIVAN'S PHONE WENT OFF 😂
I always appreciated that the Skull Crushing Finale is the perfect counter to the RKO, and it made perfect sense to win the title with it.
I love the comment that Byron Saxton's move was called the "Straight to Commentary"
The funny dichotomy about the Cobra is that it was only ever kicked out of once, yet he also used it to eliminate himself from the Rumble (as Santina) … those are some interesting bookends to a finisher
Line...? Lol. It took me a bit, but i sure appreciate Temptest now
This went off the rails so quickly and I’m all for it. Love these guys.
I can’t tell you guys how much I needed this video! I’ve been watching wrestletalk since before there was even an Oli! You guys have always been a part of my daily routine and one of my favourite moments of this year was the royal rumble watch party.
But 2 weeks ago my wife left me and I’ve not laughed much since this video was the first time I truly laughed so thank you!
Apologies comment section for the sob story but just needed to say how important what you guys do is!
Talking about wrestling can change peoples mental health
Just started the video and I know Pete is wrong, just because his shirt is wrong. Math>Pipebomb
Love this channel so much but the hate for the miz and john cena is crazy. You cannot tell me the miz or john cena's finishers are worse than a theatrical elbow drop because it happened to be from the attitude era
A theatrical elbow drop to the heart by a large man could kill you. John Cena's STF is a garbage ass submission move.
I personally enjoy watching these videos, I love that they focus on one topic matter with the worst finisher in WWE.
I don't know how to explain Byron Saxton's "finisher," but here is my best effort: Cobra Clutch, pump fakes a facebuster (or something face forward), and then goes into a kind of sitout Dream Street maneuver.
Dang, I thought the "Rack Attack" was named that because the positioning of the move is a take on Luger's "Torture Rack". 🤔
Double meaning word
It was Divas Era and Vince worst women booking….what do you expect?
Kross' move is called the Final Prayer, and Saxton's is called Saxtination
Thank you guys for all of this entertainment, you guys helped me get through the pandemic years and i love you guys for it ❤️
I had to look up the Byron Saxton move….. thank you so much for the laughs, a fun watch 😹
Can Sullivan be there for every TLC?
This episode is UNHINGED and I love it. Great work Gents. I was in tears.
And here I was thinking Tempst knew wrestling, The Cobra is the greatest finisher ever to grace us with its presence! The fact it was even considered for this list, let alone as his 2nd worse is a dam shame.
I could watch you guys make lists forever (in fact I am binge re-watching the whole thing right now)
Please make more lists
Do a special TLC episode where everyone lists the top 10 TLC episodes
Just inject TLC wisdom into my veins
This is the first TLC vid where I've had to go search Google and man, I was not disappointed. Great stuff as always, chaps 👍👍
Sullivan’s wheezing laugh, there’s nothing else like it.
This is the best content you guys do easily.
Sgt. Slaughter used….a noogie. for a finish. how his didn’t anyone’s list is beyond me.
Really? Uncontrollable historical laughter? This is unmatchable
John Cena's move is a fireman's carry ripoff. John adds the stand and pause, before he slams his opponents to the ground.
Love these guys ❤😂
This episode had me laughing for the entire duration. Great work lads
What happened to Laurie? Haven't seen the dude in months. Sat? He's been missing too.
Sat did commentary with Luke on the watch along on both nights of Mania. Yeah I haven't seen Laurie in ages..Wouldn't mind him stepping in for Tempest who's parts I skip whenever hes on my screen
Chaotic Neutral and No Rolls Barred is where Laurie has been. He doesn't live in London so that takes up all his filming time when he is down for shoots.
Think Laurie took up Adam’s old role with NRB, plus the new channel of Chaotic Neutral, plus his production role already, the guys got a lot on. Probably won’t see him much on WT anymore, only so many hours in a day for the lad
Sat is ironically was only available on Saturdays as his daytime scheduling throughout the week makes him unavailable. Laurie yeah it is a shame he cannot attend the wrestling aspect of the channel.
This episode cracked me up
5 knuckle shuffle bit killed me
It's definitely a FINISHER !
I love these 3 together, more please!
For fans of a certain generation the Garvin stomp is absolutely the worst of the worst
Best TLC! Sully's laugh is so infectious 😂😂
24:09 Tyler Breeze once said he would tell his opponents to hit him with Byron's finish just so he could kick out of it.
Saxton’s move should have been called Straight into Commentary
Oh man, #9 fell apart QUICK. That was hilarious. Love you guys so much. My favorite WT trio.
Five minutes in and this is already one of the best episodes of this series
I'm wondering if we'll get a Kizarny mizention... 😂
this was hands down the best tlc these guys are great together more of this
Just think, there are people out there, in this world today. That will never hear Sully's laugh. I feel so sorry for these people.
