Just adorable. Dollar Tree has those boxes. I did something similar with the box as a base, painted white and silver, and added a bird on top with vintage lace pieces, and flowers, that hung down. I used a silver bird, and the project was silver and white.
FYI, found the oval boxes at Hobby Lobby. 6 in a pkg. Our Dollar Trees had none. Bought 2 packages. They also has round ones and heart shaped ones. Will be making some today, so excited !
Hi Tami! Great project! Long time Crafter, long time follower. I have found at my local hobby lobby they have 6 round, oval or square paper Mache boxes in a pack for $4.99. Also, I use my hairdryer or heat tool to warm up those ugly stickers and then they peel off much easier. If there’s still a residue I use alcohol to pick up the rest of that residue. Let it all dry and then if needed you can sand it just a bit.
This is so adorable. I certainly will be doing this for my upcoming craft show. I'm pretty sure I have all the parts in my craft room - - - lol. If you only could see my craft room!!!! Thank you for sharing, you are my ultimate favorite !!!
Absolutely precious! Thanks for sharing. Oh before I forget, AC Moore. We had them in my area too. I used to pick up so many inexpensive crafting items there. If I see any little boxes on my journeys I will pass it along.
I’ve used UNDU on a vintage Shiny Brite box to remove old masking tape. It worked like a charm! You couldn’t even tell that there was ever any tape on it.
Absolutely adorable, Miss Tami! Such a cute deer and I love the colors you picked out! You never fail to amaze me with your creativity! I hope I have a deer in my stash! 🌻❤🌻
Hi! This is adorable. I love how this turned out. The color you used is beautiful . I have seen paper mache boxes at dollar tree. You can spray things with hair spray to seal the glitter too
