  • I’ve received a few requests lately on the method I used to create my current youtube channel art. That piece took 90 minutes to make, so this week, I’m breaking the same process I used down to 7 minutes. We’ll make a bouquet with 3 different simplified flowers anyone can paint and fill in our gaps with leafy foliage and eucalyptus! I’ll even provide the composition sketch so you can get painting right away 👏

TECH STUFF + ACCESSORIES I USE
✨ This artwork was created on a 5th gen iPad Pro (12.9”, 256GB) with a 2nd gen Apple Pencil using the Procreate app
✨ I use the Paperlike screen protector and pencil grips on my iPad Pro, more info here: every-tuesday.com/paperlike
✨ When not in use, I keep my Apple Pencil in the NimbleStand: every-tuesday.com/stand
✨I recommend any iPad listed here for working in Procreate: every-tuesday.com/ipads as they all allow for pressure sensitivity. I only recommend an Apple Pencil because of its reliability compared to other 3rd party styluses

Hello, I just bought your Gouache lovers brush set and I went to follow along with this tutorial but the dried out brush that you are using, it's not pressure sensitive at all like you have said it is, when I go to use it, it actually is quite thin even on the maximum setting. Please can you help? Thanks

I would double check you’re on the latest iOS and procreate version first. Are you using an Apple Pencil or 3rd party stylus? Are you using a pressure sensitive iPad?

@@EveryTuesday yes I am on the latest iOS and procreate, I am using the 2nd generation Apple Pencil and a iPad Pro 2020 12.9inch iPad. It’s so weird because it doesn’t look anything like yours does.

I would restart your iPad first to see if that does it. If not, try removing and reinstalling the brushes. Let me know if you’re still having trouble after that!

@@EveryTuesday I have just tried both of those things and unfortunately it is still the same 😞

Are you using the default pressure curve/settings? Would you mind sending me an email? I’ll send over just the dried brush file and we can try that next. Are the other brushes working as expected?
