My friend got his 3bhk phase 1 at 1.2 cr all inclusive, even if they do provide gold plated doors and windows , an apartment from Grade C builder like Sumadhura should not cost more than 1.5 cr for a 3bhk. Current market is artificially inflated & the bubble gonna burst soon.
