Here are the ingredients: 1 cup almond milk, 2 T pumpkin puree, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Watch the whole video for tips and tricks. Thank you!
You look and remind me of Miss. Honey from Matilda. 😍 Thank you for this video! Looks delicious. I have never had anything of pumpkin, but even the pie. I'm afraid of it... but I may try this.
Thanks for the first reasonable approach to sugar I’ve seen on the internet. I cannot tolerate the coffee shop levels of sweetened drinks so using a tasty sweetener like maple syrup in small amounts is ideal. Now I can enjoy warm flavorful drinks this fall!
You can substitute sweet potato for the pumpkin to avoid sugar completely. I make my daughter's oatmeal with sweet potato, pumpkin spice, and coconut milk. No sugar. She loves it.
I'm here watching this vid like it just came out...lo and behold it's from 2014. It's still fresh though...just bought a pumpkin so going to try. Thanks again Clean & Delicious -Mrs Spies...always doing some short exciting videos, packed with all out good info-health, safety etc.-not just sharing a recipe...big up from Jamaica here....
Chris Keith our pumpkin sauce actually does have pumpkin purée! But by definition the flavor is definitely mostly the spice blend associated to pumpkin sice
I love it that Pumpkin puree is an easy to find organic ingredient too! This sounds so warm and comforting. :) Definitely the fresh grated nutmeg, oh yum.
I ABSOLUTELY agree with you when you say that thing about sugar 😍😍😍 I've trying for months to stop putting sugar in my coffee. I used to put two teaspoons of sugar. than one. and now NO SUGAR!!!! yay! sorry for my english!
For the past 4 to 5 years, I had to cut down on sugar. So I learned to adapt to dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. I buy 60-70% cacao chocolate bar and consume 2 squares per day. It satisfies my chocolate cravings. Also, when I make homemade oatmeal breakfast cookies, I add in 1/2 cup of semisweet chocolate chips. So yummy!! 😋🤩☺️💞
This is awesome and I love all the tips. Just on the topic of sugar, whenever I use sweeteners like honey or maple syrop I make sure not to heat them above 30C because then they loose their good qualities and turn into ...sugar :)
I like pumpkin spice latte but can not do maple syrup. I used raw honey and I do realize u mentioned this. I definitely need to work on cutting down on sugars. I never used to eat sugar, even as a kid. However, when I gave up alcohol 5 years ago,I started craving sugar hard. I found out that is common but I now plan to try your tips to cut my sweet cravings.
I just made this and it's SO GOOD! I only put a splash of maple syrup in it but for me I wouldn't need it - gave up sugar a while back and am used to the real taste of foods. Thanks for this!!!
Finding this in 2021 and this is the easiest way I've seen someone show how to make a pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely making it tonight and storing the rest for iced pumpkin spiced latte!
I just Tried your recipe and turned out amazing and I share it with my friends thanks alot the same taste as Starbucks so 😋 no more Starbucks you saved my money
I was right to watch several recipes. I'm taking a little from each. Yours answered my question: what about fraughting it? No one else did it. I was going to do it anyway and I'm glad I watched you doing it. I think a mixer using one pedal works just the same. Also, what an amazing idea to replace plain sugar with maple syrup. Thanks for sharing.
This is really helpful!! I'm type 2 diabetic and not having my favourite seasonal drink really sucks. I'm gonna try this recipe for sure! And I've recently rediscovered pumpkin spice tea!! It has no sugar (unless you add it) and it tastes just like the pumpkin spice lattes you get at starbucks or other coffee shops!
I'm just sitting down with a cup of this and it's sooooo good. I used homemade cashew milk instead but I like how I can taste the coffee and pumpkin flavor. I don't usually buy store bought lattes because they are just too sweet for me, I can't even enjoy it.
Cinnamon and Vanilla natrually tricks the mind to making one think that something is sweeter than it actually is. Sweet potatoes are amazing. Baked with a little bit of unsalted butter.
Also the store bought almond milk is fortified with calcium which is really important!! You won’t get that in home made almond milk so if you’re going to make it, I would take a calcium supplement
Midwest Girl: After a lot of experimentation with making my own nut milks I find a mixture of nuts and seeds (and rice as the base ingredient ) are definitely best . I soak some brown rice with walnuts , almonds and pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds overnight . Then rinse in a seive and then blend with fresh filtered water . Squeeze in the nut milk bag and you have beautiful yummy home made economical milk 😉👍
This is sooooo yummy! I made your almond milk, and you're right. No comparison to the store bought. I'm new to clean eating, and I'm learning so much for you. Thank you for your awesome videos and blog!!
hey Dani, bakesd some pumpkin loaves earlier, so began looking for a recipe, as u know, pumpkin can't keep long( actually i tried freezing a bit) wanted a cold drink, but yours soundsed not too hot so am drinking it right now, and its quite lovely!! stoppd taking sugar in my coffee in college, and recently used splenda but now using stevia droplets for iced drinks, still don't like sweetner in hot coffee!! but your theory on sweetness is so trus, i see people have coffee with their sugar, sweetener, cream, whatever and it makes me kinda ill! my son also takes his cafe black, so thx again for being so sweet, pleasant as u share your many great recips:): kelli
i could not agree MORE with lowering the sugar. Long before I went keto, I did regular baking with only about 1/3 of the sugar called for, taste tested it, added just 1 Tbsp more. All my friends n' fam never knew.....they loved it all.
Looks so delicious and love how we can control the ingredients at home~ May try with coconut milk, and of course, a piece of pure darkest chocolate on the side:) I am finding success with using a bit of monk fruit crystals when needing something sweetened just a bit. It is a light taste and not too rich like I find when using agave syrup!
I just bake my pumpkin ( cut, sliced - no need to peel - with some water in a baking sheet) until it's soft. Let it cool, remove the skin , freeze it in portions. I grow a lot of pumpkins in my garden. It's my next project 🙈
Ok you are amazing!!! This is what our family does. We are paleo, gluten free and all organic. We basically prepare every for our selfes. Which takes hours but is well worth it. We also produce our own milk. Suger? No white poison in our house, but rather jars and jars of grade a and b maple syrup and coconut sugar.
Ok I tried this recipe with both almond milk and coconut milk/creamer on 2 seperate occasions. It is delicious. I'm more of a coconut milk girl when it comes to coffee and that might be because I use the shop bought varieties to save time with life's business but I dare say if I had made the almond milk myself it would have been so much better. All told I live this recipe and was wondering whether you have an alternate recipe for spiced chai which is another cafe drink I find laden with sugar when it doesn't need to be. 😊☕🍵
I tried this a few times already and it's sooo good. I don't drink Starbucks because of how unhealthy their drinks are so i can't compare this to theirs, but this drink is amazing!!
Looks delicious I can't wait to try it. And you're bloopers are so funny! lol This is my first time visiting your channel but I just subscribed and can't wait to see your other videos as well.
Awesome! Can’t wait to try this!! ⭐️ can you please make a healthy chapurrado? It’s a Mexican hot drink but high in fat n calories . I would love to try your version of chapurrado 😃
I just made this for me and my daughter. I’ve nvr had pumpkin flavor before so I couldn’t compare it. I put ice in the blender because I’m more of an ice coffee drinker. Oh I also added honey and sugar because it wasn’t sweet to me. My daughter said it taste pretty good though. Although I don’t think I’m a fan of pumpkin spice flavor this is a nice recipe for ppl that love pumpkin flavored coffee like my daughter does.
I just found this recipe although it was posted 6 years ago but it’s so delicious! I’m embarrassed to say that I had never incorporated pumpkins in my recipes and decided to give this a try . Boy what I was missing! I made my own purée by chopping the pumpkin and boiling it water with cinnamon sticks , then blending it . I also used coconut milk (only because I didn’t have almond ) and added lots of ginger and some more cinnamon sticks during the milk boiling process . My family can’t have enough! Oh and I topped it with very finely smashed almonds and pecans !
Just made this it's delicious! And I love that now I can make my own specialty coffee instead of purchasing it! I expected it to be really sweet -which is how it is when you buy it at a coffeehouse but it really was perfect! Thank you!

Hi! I'm very excited to try this out at home. My older sister sent me this as a link on Facebook, which lead me to your UA-cam channel. I was just wondering if you have a clean & delicious version of the gingerbread latte? Coffee gets me through law school, but the Starbucks coffee is way overpriced and often tastes burnt. I've got a wonderful high-end coffee machine at home, so would love to get a chance to use it to make some of my favorite coffee drinks.
To make this a "quick" afternoon treat, could I make a large batch and put in the fridge for later? Then heat a blend the next time I wanted one? What do you think Dani?
Dani, I really like what you said in this video about resetting our palettes to enjoy subtle flavors in real, whole foods. I think this is how we should eat our foods. Everything in moderation!
Here are the ingredients: 1 cup almond milk, 2 T pumpkin puree, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Watch the whole video for tips and tricks. Thank you!
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
Thank you!
You look and remind me of Miss. Honey from Matilda. 😍 Thank you for this video! Looks delicious. I have never had anything of pumpkin, but even the pie. I'm afraid of it... but I may try this.
Gina Marisa Yes!!! I couldn't figure out who she looked like. She is 100% Ms.Honey
Now I have to look her up
Gina Marisa yes! She does.
Yes you’re right now that you mention it she does resemble her!
😀
Can you also make chai latte and caramel latte and more warm drinks videos ? You're full of ideas :-)
Tara Ghorian yes pleaseeee!
Yes!!!
Yes Chai is my go-to. I am more sweet potato spice than pumpkin spice.
Thanks for the first reasonable approach to sugar I’ve seen on the internet. I cannot tolerate the coffee shop levels of sweetened drinks so using a tasty sweetener like maple syrup in small amounts is ideal. Now I can enjoy warm flavorful drinks this fall!
I really like what you said about "we have to retrain our pallet". That is how we can really be healthy. Thanks for the great videos.
You're welcome, Shaoxuan. I'm glad that resonated with you.
I have noticed how much sweeter cinnamon tastes.
You can substitute sweet potato for the pumpkin to avoid sugar completely. I make my daughter's oatmeal with sweet potato, pumpkin spice, and coconut milk. No sugar. She loves it.

-Mrs Spies...always doing some short exciting videos, packed with all out good info-health, safety etc.-not just sharing a recipe...big up from Jamaica here....
I also noticed that most pumpkin lattes at most coffee shops there is hardly any pumpkin in it. Just artificial pumpkin.
Exactly!
Eeewww. Thanks for the tip.
For the famous PSL from Starbucks, it’s called pumpkin spice latte. Just pumpkin spices, no actual pumpkin.
Yup!
Chris Keith our pumpkin sauce actually does have pumpkin purée! But by definition the flavor is definitely mostly the spice blend associated to pumpkin sice
Starbucks just closed shop.....they can't contend with this!! YUM!
haha! i'd have to agree;)
if you found this, yes you need to make it. It’s the confirmation :)
I love it that Pumpkin puree is an easy to find organic ingredient too! This sounds so warm and comforting. :) Definitely the fresh grated nutmeg, oh yum.
I tried a bunch of recipes this fall to have a healthy PSL at home... love yours the most by far. Thank you!
This late is a part of paradise on the Earth
Its sooooo good
I love it
I ABSOLUTELY agree with you when you say that thing about sugar 😍😍😍 I've trying for months to stop putting sugar in my coffee. I used to put two teaspoons of sugar. than one. and now NO SUGAR!!!! yay!
sorry for my english!
Agree, I did the same and now i can easily enjoy nature's flavor 😋😋
Missrobiii good for you! Wish I could , I do use Stevia but cant stand coffee when I try to cut back!
yes this really does work, i completely quit using coffee creamer. Now if i try it, its wayyy to sweet

Use liquid stevita
Thank you, Dani! If anyone is anti-coffee, a strongly brewed French roast Teecinno will do the trick as well!
I made this and it was really good. It tasted super clean. And you were right making the homemade almond milk i think helped
I have never been interested in pumpkin spiced anything until this year... this is one of my favorites, thank you!
This is awesome and I love all the tips. Just on the topic of sugar, whenever I use sweeteners like honey or maple syrop I make sure not to heat them above 30C because then they loose their good qualities and turn into ...sugar :)

sugar is the most overrated thing in the world. I'm glad I stopped adding it to any food items.
mittie rowland congrats on your sobriety. Keep it up!
I just made this and it's SO GOOD! I only put a splash of maple syrup in it but for me I wouldn't need it - gave up sugar a while back and am used to the real taste of foods. Thanks for this!!!
+meezergurl Anytime! Glad you enjoyed it...
+Clean & Delicious Can i use soya milk instead of almond milk..cause almond and almond milk are very rare in my country especially in my town😢
Wow I never thought you could make the latte froth using a blender. I gotta try it
Definitely!
I made this latte and it turned out super delicious, exactly like Starbucks, that’s what my daughter said. I added whipped cream on top as well.
That looks delicious! You're spot on with having to retrain our brains to like the real sugar versus the processed sugars.
i know… i'm still practicing myself;)
Finding this in 2021 and this is the easiest way I've seen someone show how to make a pumpkin spiced latte. Definitely making it tonight and storing the rest for iced pumpkin spiced latte!

Love the bloopers at the end😄 so relatable
I got inspired while watching it. I happened to have all the ingredients and made it. I think your Meal Prep video for this is perfect!
I'm just sitting down with a cup of this and it's sooooo good. I used homemade cashew milk instead but I like how I can taste the coffee and pumpkin flavor. I don't usually buy store bought lattes because they are just too sweet for me, I can't even enjoy it.
I can’t soar or finally treat myself to this. I’ve worked all year for this. 😀
Cannot WAIT to to try this one!! As soon as I get some pumpkin purée. Yum!!! Thanks for all your wonderful clean tips, ideas and recipes!! 😊
Cinnamon and Vanilla natrually tricks the mind to making one think that something is sweeter than it actually is.
Sweet potatoes are amazing. Baked with a little bit of unsalted butter.
This is perfect, no sugar! No milk!! 😍
no fake stuff like starbucks
Thank YOU Dani for all of the great ideas. You are so creative.
I always enjoyed her videos
Wow thank You Dani .
I just made this today and it's the most perfect taste of Fall in a cup. Way better than Starbucks!
I could make this ahead of time, and just warm it up in the morning before work!
I would love to make my own almond milk, but almonds are so expensive where I am, it would cost 10 times than store bought. :/
Midwest Girl can you buy in bulk?
