Highlights of a trip to Moijko in Kitakyushu, facing a beautiful Kanmon Straits dividing Kyushu and Honshu, in spring 2023.
Moiko is a historical port town developed early 20th century and there are a number of historical architecture around the historical area Mojiko Retro around the main train station.
There are various attractions such as historic architecture, museums, retro trains, cruises. Among them, the main one is the beautiful view around Kanmon Straits including Kanmon Bridge. There is a Kanmon Tunnel through which you can cross on foot and visit Shimonoseki in Yamaguchi.
