Van Camping Alone With Sounds Of Nature | Cooling Off In The River

Another night alone in the woods in my van. Found this spot using ioverlander and it didn't disappoint. Very relaxing night but a little warm but it's ok. Cooked a steak, had some pasta salad and just went with the flow. Ended the trip with a nice swim in the Illinois River and it hit the spot considering the heat outside!! Hope you all enjoy the video!!

Omg I just wish I new how to go about living in a vehicle off the land whatever it may be this is a life long dream I just don’t know how to get it started I’m almost 53 and really need some advice on what to do how to get started

Well I've been watching van lifers on you tube for a long time. Picking certain ones that I watch a lot and seeing what and how they do things. The thing that is hardest for me is letting go of the security of living in a house. We can't let fear keep us from taking chances and experiencing other things in life. That's what I have regretted in life the most. You can do this. Just start taking the steps to get there. First you need a vehicle to so it in!!! Lol.
