The number one reason is if I'm not mistaken is it's 50 feet above sea level so it's unlikely to flood. I'm not going to ask you to guess why that is because you'll Just Google it. It was formerly a Canadian forces base. There are lot's of new homes. However the homes that were formally PMQ's are the good ones that actually have 2x6 construction. So all the yuppie folks who move out here should try to get one of those houses. I'm very thankful for your informative and researched video. GOOD JOB!
