  • Kira Stokes, all around bad ass and #bicepgoals, inspires us everyday with her name and her methods. Inventor of The Stoked Method, she puts her money where her mouth is and kicks our butts into gear regularly here at HBFIT. We always leave her classes stronger, even if we did almost cry at the end.
    Check out Kira and Hannah perform a #StokedMethod circuit you can do at home and if you feel like giving up at any time, remember, always better sore than sorry.

    Kira's fabulous torso talks for itself. Last exercise with wide push-ups and knees never touching the ground is SICK.

    So.... when I understood Kira right, I should do three. All with one leg? And then three on he other side? Or did she just forget one and mean four in total, two on each side?

      Hi Stefanie! You should do 8-10 of the lunge rep on each leg, the entire circuit (lunges, lunge jumps, plank ups, mountain climbers, pushups etc) 3x through. Does this make sense?
