My Oday 22 Sailboat after putting in upgrades i.e. Solar Panel for charging battery while at dock, gas barbecue, stereo radio with indoor & outdoor speakers, some improvements to the galley for storing condiments etc & a new head.

Mine is a 76. Paid $3k. If that one is in good condition it’s a steal. Check the deck for rot under fibreglass especially around chain plates.

Sturdily built boat. All fibreglass. Deck has balsa core.

Parts are out there. If I was to buy in the 22 class I would lean towards the Catalina. There are so many still floating that they are super easy to get parts and materials for
